Stylish, easy to fit and easy to use

These rods look different from most others. The finish is great. The fixings are discrete in size and screws invisible. The design of the ends wraps around to close the gap to the wall - making the curtain more light-tight and improving thermal performance. They were easy to fit too, although some more guidance on the height of the brackets/screw holes relative to the rod height would have been useful.

I would not really recommend this larger rod unless the area needing to be covered is at least 100 inches. Yes the rod can be down to 66 inches but then you are using one side of the rod and the other is the smaller extender so it looks kind of silly. In our case we are going to cut one end down to fit the 80ish inches we need which we were not expecting to have to do. I could have bought the smaller rod but assumed the larger one would be more sturdy and get me where I wanted to be. One other reviewer mentions this annoying size issue also. I would further say while the rod looks perfectly fine, you screw the ends on that you attach to the wall and they don't look seamless. I guess for the price I can't complain and can make it work but just feel the size description is deceiving/confusing.

If you are planning to use this curtain rod toward the upper end of its range (200-213cm) be aware the the internal rod is loose inside- there is no way to tighten it. This means that it can slide around when opening/closing curtains. It is also not a snug fit, so when used at the upper end of its advertised range it looks like it has a bow in the middle. I was able to fix it by replacing the inner rod with a longer 16mm conduit from a local store (which was also a more snug fit). The plaster plugs that come with the pole are also not fit for purpose and can barely hold up the pole without coming away from the wall, before you add any curtains- also had to replace with sturdier plaster plugs from a local store. Curtains are now hung and it looks great, I like that the curtains can wrap around to prevent light from the back, but I shouldn't have needed to make so many trips to a local store.

Don't order, they will send you the wrong size. Twice.

Does The Job!

It came with instructions to set it up and its hardware. It was easy to follow and took less than 25 minutes to take down my previous setup and insert the hardware for this new bar. Well worth the price as it came with two bars and could cover double windows. I only used one to cover the space I wanted. I went with the large option as the smaller one would’ve been too small. I’m happy with my choice because if I ever needed to cover a larger area I’d still have the option to do so later!

Quick delivery. The rods are well made and look great. It was very easy to install and came with good hardware. No issues with the strength of the screws or the brackets. Packaged well. Would definitely recommend.

Finally! A well designed rod that is easy to install. You actually secure a flat holder to that wall and the rod slides onto that. I love this design as it wraps the curtain around the window and blocks light from the sides.

A little complicated to install but clean look once up!

Sturdy and easy to install

I love this curtain rod. It looks great and is easy to install. It's study enough to hold two blackout panels at 80" without the center support. We painted it get the exact finish we wanted and it held the paint well too.

Perfect match

Our new house had the same rods in two rooms but nothing in the master bedroom. But our bedroom is looking out to the East, hence a lot of sun in the morning. We are so glad we actually found these - the exact copy; even colour matches. It's very easy to install and I like the curvy part on the side so you can completely cover the window. Also the variety of sizes is impressive. Very happy!
