Incomplete order

1st time I ordered from on line. When I received my order it was incomplete. Therefore I had to get a return for the one and then reorder at full price , that is if it’s available. Not happy

Mariel Battenburg Curtain

I gave the product 2 stars because the measurements were not correct. The curtain I ordered was 58 x 24 inches. It is too short. The curtain I received measures 58 x 22 inches.

The bottom scolloped edges on these curtains are 'raw-cut' and sloppily glued along edges so they won't unravel! I've never seen anything like it! In other words, the bottom edges aren't hemmed at! They're not even cut evenly! $** - for trash!

The valances are nice and reasonably priced. I ironed them and the packaging creases disappeared easily. Happy with purchase.

There’s no trace of Battenberg Lade on these curta

These have been misrepresented as Battenberg Lace. They are not. They are a soft cloth, probably cotton/poly, which has been pierced and machine embroidered. I was quite disappointed both in thenn no product and in Macy’s, for their misrepresentation.

The material is very soft and feels elegant to the touch. They look wonderful and I am very pleased with this purchase!!

Quality

I ordered two curtains online, and when they arrived they both had the appearance of yellow spotting on the white fabric. I decided to return for refund.
