Awesome bakeware

Nordic Ware is great bakeware. It really is nonstick and it is so easy to clean.

Heavy and great non-stick. Bought in order to make sweet rolls and other treats with gluten free bread dough which has the constancy of brownie batter and cannot be rolled and shaped. This pan works and is exceeding my expectations. Nice deep cups.

Bought it to make mini angelfood cakes for strawberry shortcake as in the stores the angelfood cakes are expensive and I thought these would work better for large family gatherings. I was right we just make a few ahead of time and if not all used they get wrapped and put in the freezer.
