NOT Happy!!!

NOT happy at all! Pan has nicks in it which will affect the appearance of my cakes and some of the non-stick coating is not even and smooth which looks like it could start to peel in the future. Definitely sending back. Or, could that be an issue too because there is NO return label in the box like the purchase order says there should be. UGH!!! Lesson learned. DON'T order cake pans from QVC that are on sale.

Great pan. Large capacity, 18 cups. Bakes evenly, cake didn't stick to pan. Easy to clean.

This cake pan made the best and prettiest pound cake I ever made! It taste delicious too! I am happy and satisfied! I got my money's worth!

nordic ware Angel cake tube pan

as described/ wanted...heavy tube cake pan...love fact has handles bigger cake batter size %26 is 1 piece unit..havent used yet but im pretty sure cakes will slide out when greased/ floured / cooled correctly %26 is non-stick like my Nordic Ware heavy weight bundt cake pan.. never had a problem of cakes sticking in my old all aluminum tube pan.. delivered quickly and packaged well

Great Investment

This pan is perfect for a mile high cake. It’s a heavy duty pan %26 I had no problem with release when I flipped my cake. I wish it came in designs like my smaller Bundt pans, but I’d definitely recommend it.

Disaster

This particular Nordic Ware classic cast pan has been a disaster for me. It has burn the edges of my pound cakes. I have a other pan that does wonderful but this pan is awful. Also my cake got stuck in the pan. I have waste my ingredients with this pan. Please be careful when you purchase this item.

I haven't used it yet, but I love the looks of it, the handles, the weight and thickness of the pan. It seems to be a good quality product. I'm looking forward to baking cakes for years to come in this pan.

Pans work great the 1st and 2nd time that you use them. After that, they start to stick. Grease %26 flour, Pam baking spray and baker's joy was used to try to correct the problem.

BEAUTIFUL

I just recieved my Nordic Ware Pound Cake/Angel Food Cake pan today & it’s beautiful. It’s big, it’s sturdy & no crevices for food to hide in to make it difficult to clean. This will be a beautiful addition to my bakeware. I highly recommend anything from Nordic Ware. They have been around for many years & will be around for many more.

A Good product for the money.

The cake pan is weighty and should hold and conduct heat well. It has been used once so far. It performed well. We will need to modify cooking times to optimize the results. The first cake cooked in it turned out well. A shorter cooking time may be possible because of how well it conducts heat. We like it.

I absolutely LOVE my Nordic Ware Round Brand Bakeware Platinum 18 Cup Round Cake/Angel Food Pan. It is THE most expensive pan I'm proud to own. I decided to "splurge" and buy quality bakeware. Nice weight pan

I bought this pan to replace an old pound cake pan. Love this upgrade to larger and heavier weight. It cooks evenly, cake came right out and the handles on the side are a big bonus when removing from oven. Pan holds a lot of batter so note volume. Very happy with purchase.

Easy Baking

Purchased this pan about 4 months ago and I have used it about 8 times. I absolutely LOVE it. I wanted to use it several times before writing a review. Cakes come out fast and clean .could actually be cleaned with out WATER. Follow instructions on oiling pan before use and it won't disappoint. Ordering a 2nd one today as a gift for a friend.

The pan is beautiful, no sticking, it’s heavier than those lightweight aluminum pans. The cake life’s out like melted hot butter. The cake doesn’t leave hard to remove crust behind. It’s leans up like magic. Just a dish towel or paper towels. DO NOT USE ANY ABRASIVES OR SCRUBBERS. It seems to have a glaze. As you can see my 7-up pound cake looks great! I thought the price was a little high but it is worth the money considering my cakes are made from scratch and the can be costly if rubbed trying to get them out the pan.

Excellent pan!

Love this pan. Bakes a little faster than the regular thin pan, so I would suggest keeping a close eye on your cake. Cake released from the pan perfectly. This is my first time using a thicker aluminum pan, love the durability. Don't have to worry too much about denting the pan like the regular aluminum pan. Bought one and immediately ordered another. Great pan!

Excellent product and price!

This pan is perfect and exactly what I was looking for. It is a large capacity pan which doesn’t allow my pound cakes to cook over the top of the pan. The cake slips right out of the pan too. I’m so glad I found it. It was delivered 2 days after I placed my order which was exactly what I was promised. Thank you for an excellent product and shopping and delivery experience. I ordered two of these large pound cake baking pans as Christmas gifts for family bakers who have their own home-based business. I previously purchased one for myself and am really impressed with the high quality of the baking pans. The pound cake that I made was evenly baked and had a beautiful coloring on the entire cake. I am positive that both recipients will derive many years of quality baked goods from using this pan. I find that the cleanup process is a breeze and the cake comes out easily when the bottom and sides are properly coated.

A real and professional pound cake pan!

This is a great pound cake pan! Since purchasing this pan I have made several cakes and they have been perfect! This is a professional pan with a glaze that allows for an easy cake turn out after a normal coating of non stick spray. YAY! no more broken cakes due to pans that won't release a cake. I love this pan!

Nordicware pound cake pan

Pan arrived damaged. Total top inside of pan cracked. Look like finished was put over crack. After reporting to a Bashy I was told I had to prove product was defective. I had to take a picture and send to company. I have never had to do lthat with any company before. I was told they would send me a to return label are a new product are they would allow me to keep the product and send a Me another cake pan. After not hearing from anyone nor receiving a label in one week I texted back and then was told they had sent a label to me by email . I never received the label and ask a lady be sent to my cell # . finally I received the label. No I would not recommend buying from this company I should not of had to prove that the pain was defective.
