It’s actually pretty easy to clean, despite the complicated design.
Don't waste your money
This pan was clearly not nonstick. The brownies were stuck to the insert and the edges of the brownies were so hard you couldn't eat them. Sent back for refund.

Bought initially for a friend. When it was received, we loved the quality that we had to order another one!
I made Rice Krispie bars for dessert last night. This pan made it so easy to get nice sized even pieces. I am looking forward to making brownies with it as well as all my other favorite bars.
It’s ok, just ok
The brownies cooked fine, the pan cleaned easily. Pulling the separator tray out broke the brownies apart. Perhaps letting them cool a bit more might help.
Brownies Of My Dreams
I initially bought this brownie pan as a present for a friend, but when he could not stop raving about it, I had to buy one for myself. Growing up, my favorite part of a brownie was its flaky and crunchy sides. This pan gives you 27 perfect brownies and I could not be happier. I would recommend this pan to anyone.

Used this pan to make brownies for work Having exact same size helps to share evenly A bit pricey but sturdier than the one I bought in a store Was able to put different toppings on each so there was a nice variety Yummy !!! Will be buying a couple more for gifts
