This nonstick Mini Madeleine Pan is perfect for my needs. Makes just the right amount of madeleines all at once.

Norpro needs to scrap this ONE! The cookies don't release, no matter what I tried to accommodate the variables. I finally researched suggestions online from others using this pan and I'm not alone on this problem about this pan. My only hope is it might work better as a wind chime in the garden.
