GREAT FEATURE OF METAL THUMB REST ON THE HANDLE

Working with a blending tool to cut in flour , butter and sugar , the wooden handle has a little thumb rest to enable a stable rocking motion. Very cool.

I love that this has a wooden handle. I use this for any recipe that needs butter blended in, so it's very useful. This one is very durable.

Faithful Standby

Very nice quality. I still have my mom's original (a well cared for antique now) that still works fine but it's nice to have an extra for when family wants to help in the kitchen. :)
