once i got the hang of it, worked great!
This is a great pan. Much easier than using a saute pan to make crepes -- even the first one came out good. It's not too heavy, but heavy enough that it doesn't tip, heats evenly, feels like it will last. I love it.

Great nonstick pan
This is a great pan for making crepes! It is definitely nonstick and has made crepe making so much easier. My granddaughter likes this pan so much that she now makes the crepes when she visits. Can't give a better review than that!!
