Saved my ham!!

I got a 20 lb ham for Christmas, and cooked it in a big oval roasting pan. I didn't want it sitting on the bottom, so I ordered the roasting rack. It's nice because it's so adjustable. It worked perfectly! And it was a dream to clean - just threw it in the dishwasher and it's bright and shiny again.

I needed a certain size to fit in my new (smaller) roasting pan. Measured my pan, looked at the dimensions of the rack and felt it will work.

I finally found a rack that I've been trying to replace for over 20 years. Since it's adjustable I can put a small roast or a good sized turkey on it.

Got this for my Thanksgiving turkey. It worked great. Only thing I wish is that the grooves you use to adjust the height were deeper. It kept slipping out of the grooves as I was trying to put the turkey on it. But once the turkey was in place it worked great. Happy with my purchase.

Like this shape of rack keeps meat from setting in juice

Useful rack

As long as your roasting pan is at least 7†x 10†long this rack will work. Great if you don’t want to get out your big holiday roaster for one chicken. Works great in a 9†x 13†pan.

Worked for my 22 lb turkey!

I was nervous this would be too flimsy or too small for my 22 lb turkey, however, it handled it perfectly. Very easy to use and seemed sturdy. Perfect.

Excellent Baking Rack

Needed a rack for my baked meats and finally got a very good one.

As advertised

Just right size and nickel plating will be easy to clean.

Good tu use, easy to store.

Using a Jacques Pepin recipe/technique, I cooked a chicken on its sides part of the time. Best chicken that I have cooked. I needed the rack to hold the chicken in place on its side, without the rack it fell over. Breast were very moist.

This worked fine for a 14lb turkey.
