Did not even unroll : poor shipping/quality control?

I didn’t even unroll it because of the poor shipping/packaging. One end of the rug was open, exposed and had black greasy substance on the edge rug banding like it was drug across a floor or something :( i’m trying to decide if I should return it and try again or just return it and get another rug

I love all the different colors in this rug! Works great for the entryway in our house. We don't have a rug pad under it yet but it does not slide on our linoleum floors.

Dark Persian Runner

Purchased this runner for a hallway that gets high traffic. This is an indoor/outdoor so hoping it will last! The colors are deep and dark which will not show the wear as much like our old beige one. Happy with the quality for the price.
