I had bought the 8x11 of this area rug. I loved it so much, I wanted the runner and it is equally as lovely. It’s a wool rug and the design is elegant. While it is sand in color, it does have a hint of a deeper beige, not as dark as taupe. The pile is on the thicker side and is of great quality. Will last fir many many years to come. . . This was the first time ordering from Houzz and the service was excellent and the runner was delivered several days before the initial delivery date give . Very satisfied with the entire transaction.
