Bad customer Service

Rug arrived w/ton of ripples. Wanted to return but rep told me all these ways to get them out. By the time it took to test out all of them and they didn’t work, it was past the 30 day return policy, which is what Rugs Direct wants. Now they say I need to purchase another rug and there is nothing they can do about the defective one they first sent to me. Any reputable and honest company would have made it right with their loyal customers that have purchased several rugs so far. BEWARE and don’t let them talk you into trying different things to postpone past the 30 days, if something is flawed, return right away or you’ll be out $200-$300. The rug is a trip hazard and couldn’t even donate it!!!! Terrible Company to do business with!
