When this rug arrived, I could tell it had a rough transit. When unrolled, It was creased, lumpy, bumpy, and not a true rectangle. For comparison, I had an 8x10 rug pad underneath, and on no side did it actually reach all the way to the edge. . . I figured the fabric of the rug would relax once unrolled and flattened a bit, which I attempted to do by 'pressing' it with heavy items. It's almost 5 weeks later, and the rug is still smaller than the pad, still lumpy and bumpy, and i don't think the creases will ever come out. . . I have purchased 2 other rugs from Houzz that were just fine, but this one is a major regret.

Bought this beautiful rug for my home office. Its absolutely gorgeous - fits the small space perfectly & gives a bit of sophistication to the room. I love this rug - it won't disappoint. Very happy with my purchase. Quick & free shipping! I couldn't find a rug pad in this rug size & shape....so bought a square rug pad, slightly larger (6x6) and cut to size! Super simple solution & easy peasy!!!

I LOVE this rug and have had so many compliments on it! I purchased the large octagonal for my foyer, which also happens to be where my large dog likes to take her morning sun naps. This rug shows no dog hair in between vacuuming. The colors were very true to the pictures online. Had an accidental coffee spill one morning and the rug cleaned up with no residual damage at all. Very, very happy with the quality and color. Only problem was couldn't find octagonal rug pad to fit it, so purchased a slightly larger round one and just cut it to fit perfectly,.
