I had ordered this rug before and was, therefore, familiar with the product. The same rug ordered in a 8 x 10 was perfect. The rug in the 9 x 12 was horrible. We wonder if it had been used before or was possibly a floor model. The rug showed dirty pressure points on the back, the fabric surround was twice as wide and sewn on wavy and the weave of the sea grass showed several gaps large enough to look like holes, although they did not go through the backing of the rug.
