Color is not as it seems

This looked like a navy blue, but it’s actually a bright, royal blue which doesn’t go with our decor at all. We’re stuck figuring out what to do with it, because repackaging a rug is very difficult and we can’t return it.

Gray shag non slip rug

It is a cheap very thin piece of carpet. It was $58 and is definitely not worth even $10. My bath mat in my bathroom that cost me $10 is a hundred times more quality than this rug. So disappointed. I do not recommend this carpet.

Leni Off White Geometric

I don't usually write reviews but felt compelled to because I love this rug so much! It's a great price, is so so soft, and has been easy to clean up so far (no shedding whatsoever). I love the geometric design because it adds dimension to my room. I was hesitant at first to buy a rug online, but I'm so happy I made the leap. If you're looking for a cheaper, soft rug, this is the one to get!

Shag rug is great.

The color is great. The rug is soft on bare feet. The shag is short, almost not what I call a 'shag' rug. But it's perfect for what I was looking for - just a little shag for that softness.

6’ round cream

Love! Yes, it’s a little “slick” ...but in a good way! I haven’t washed it yet but I will definitely buy again. I have teenagers and two dogs so this is a great addition to our home!

This was a comfy and hefty rug. I loved it! The color was more of a gray than I needed, so I returned it. I wish it were in more colors because I really liked the quality of it!

Disappointed with color

I cannot speak to its quality or wearability as it is still in its packaging, but the cream rug I ordered is WAY lighter than its representation online. In person, it is much more like the white rug which I didn't want at all. See pics to compare the colors. I checked the label on the rug and it definitely says cream. As I'm moving my son into his apartment in a few days and don't need the hassle or expense of returning, I will have to keep and maybe put in a bedroom. Disappointed

Oversized Bathmat

These rugs are nothing more than oversized Bath Mats that leave foot prints and marks from anything else that touches them. Unfortunately, despite reaching out to customer service, they will be charging me a return fee - simply because the color matches the website images? Awful!

So soft!

Haven’t washed it yet so can’t speak to that, but it’s a great rug for a bedroom. So soft and cozy, feels substantial and well made. Came in two days from ordering.

i think. i'd love this rug

but i sent to a default address on shopify and i never received it - went to a different state. that said, the customer service has been great so far in helping me cancel my order. I've not been refunded just yet but hoping soon.
