[Rewarded Review] soft and comfy

Very soft rug! We put it in our baby's room. A little slippery to walk on, but overall great. Definitely get a rug pad for some extra cushion.

Mediocre rug and horrible system to return items

For just under $50 after a 20% discount, this rug is mediocre for the price. Add shipping to that as well to total my cost. It's a bath mat size, and the website says that you do need a rug mat so it doesn't slip - well, first the rug doesn't need it to not slip as it does have texture on the underside, but they also wildly overcharge for the basic rug mat and it is a different size than the rug - see attached photo of mat vs rug. The sizing isn't so much a big deal since it's easy to cut the rug mat (a basic non-slip pad I could have gone else where to buy at a fraction of the price), but for the price of this rug, I expect the proper sizing! I tried to return it as well since the rug plus this rug pad is no where near the quality that I expected, but their website only lets you return one item at a time - so you get charged shipping for each item back separately. I would only get $31.75 back for this nearly $50 rug because of their high shipping cost. And the website doesn't let me return both the mat and the rug together, so I'd pay for two separate packages to be shipped.As an added complaint, perhaps their shipping would be better priced if they used appropriately sized boxes. I have attached a photo of the small box (that I am pointing to) that both my rug and rug pad came in, which was then packed into a giant box (next to the small box. Their shipping cost can be brought down with better sizing of boxes.Unless they update their return policies, I wouldn't recommend buying from this website.

Disappointed with color

It is a beautiful rug but I had to return it because the light blue color is a light gray blue. I wanted a light baby blue. I wish the color descriptions were more accurate.

Cat rug.

SO HAPPY to have washable rug. Have cat who is having accidents just jumping into litter box so this rug is meant to keep litter area nice and catch those little oopsies. Washing regularly hasn't faded color or caused it to unravel.
