Exactly as pictured, but has ripples

I have no complaints about the rug except that it has ripples in it that don't seem to be flattening out. I have tried heat and steam, but they're still there.

Definitely BLUE not grey.

The rug is pretty. It’s actually higher quality than I would’ve expected for this price point. It’s just not grey or black. It is blue. Disappointed.

True to the picture-color and pattern.

Looks beautiful, BUT the way this rug was shipped has caused many folds in the rug that looks horrible. I will try steaming the back of the rug to see if that helps. I wish they would have shipped rolled and not folded.

Very light color and thread defect

This item is no where near the color pictured. It’s is mainly cream colored vs grey. Ours also came w several loose threads that were easily pulled. This is the first Rugsusa.com rug I have returned primarily due to thread defect. My return cost is $109 - excessively high.

These are great little rugs. The pattern is well suited to many trends and neutral enough to blend into any palate. They are a rug with a jute backing so you’ll need a pad.

Color inaccurate

We ordered the “light grey.” I have to say it’s way more cream/tan then white/grey like we thought, and what looks like in pictures. I’m still unsure if we like it or not.

Great quality and bold yet subtle pattern

I bought this for my son's room-- now the guest room. It is super high quality and looks great! I love the pattern. It is more vibrant than this picture shows.... but the colors work together nicely to add warmth to the room without being too busy. Highly recommend!

This rug was beautiful but where I was wanting to use it, the rug did not work. I wished I had another place I could have used the rug. Maybe my next home.

I have received 2 of these this week... both came out of plastic, I laid them down and could see snagged areas.

Love this rug! It lays flat and looks great under my kitchen table. I will probably add a rug holder underneath, but it doesn’t move or wrinkle up much as is.

Nice rug

It’s a great rug, but it has taken forever to get the ripples out. I tried steaming it, didn’t help. After many weeks it’s still not totally flat, but better. The color and quality is very nice. Great value for the money.

Tassels!! It has tassels!!

Did anyone else’s rug come with tassels. I ordered the 5 x 8 and for some reason I have tassels. It’s a great rug but I prefer it without tassels and I was told that it would be impossible for me to get it without tassels.
