I love this rug! It brightens up my living room and feels amazing under my feet. I looked and looked for weeks for the perfect rug and though it’s difficult to make it decision when you’re buying online, I definitely made the right choice. This rug is very soft and plush. The colors are muted and go well with our sunroom decor. Rug came rolled up and packaged securely. Seemed to lay flat fairly easily after it was taken out of the package. Would recommend.

Stains will not come out, even after having it professionally cleaned. Definitely, not a good idea if you have pets or young kids. It does not keep its quality after vacuuming weekly . Becomes ragged looking- very disappointing for the money spent.

hard to remove the wrinkles, especially on the edges. would have been better if the carpet was rolled with the carpet on the outside instead the jute backing on the outside. Thereby the wrinkles would have been face down and easier to remove lying flat down. The roll is totally covered with protective plastic so no damage would be done to the carpet.
