[Rewarded Review] Just as pictured

Purchased this rug for a guest room and really love how it looks and feels. I also got the premium rug pad under it. It was my first purchase form this website and the order process / delivery went smoothly. The quality of the rug is better than I had anticipated and I look forward to purchasing some other items.

[Rewarded Review] The color is wildly different from the photos

I ordered this rug in the color light brown, but it unfortunately looks identical to the photos of the rug in the color rust. I was expecting a creamy light colored rug, based on all of the website photos. I should’ve known better than to purchase a rug without any customer provided photos from real life... I hope my misfortune benefits others, here’s photos of what the rug in light brown looks like in real life: identical to the rust one. It’s a lovely rug, just nowhere close to the online representation. If you’re looking for a light rug, this is not it. RugsUsa has been completely unhelpful in resolving this issue and merely offered a slightly reduced return shipping fee.

Love the pattern of the rug it's beautiful neutral tones go great in my hall. The size of the rug was very surprising nice and big for the price! It's soft on the feet very nice to walk on, easy to clean low pile vacuums easily. However, the corner of the carpet is already starting to unweave which is a little disappointing because I do like the carpet!
