Wrong rug sent - not pleased with customer service

I was sent the wrong rug. Ordered this one and was sent some other design that is a 6X9 not a 2X3 rug. Have upload pictures like customer service said to do and they keep saying I have sent the wrong pictures. This is a 6X9 rug and pad and is very heavy. have no idea how I can return it and customer service not helping....i just want the rug I ordered. I was so pleased with the first rug I ordered from here I ordered this second one and it is wrong!

Beautiful rug

So far it’s been a great purchase! I love the pretty muted blue and terracotta colors. It does lay flat after a few days and I have been able to vacuum it without the roller brush and it doesn’t get sucked up into the vacuum and stays in place. I haven’t washed it yet so I can’t comment on how it will hold up after that!

Rug is thin as expected for a washable rug. Pile is not silky but sort if sticky and geabs and hilds onto all the little grasses etc my dog bri ga in. It’s been laid out for almost 2 weeks and it still has the middle seam line and the bumps from where it was folded. Color is very subtle not at all vibrant. I have it on tile and I am not excited about it. I got it added an outrageous sale price so I gave it three stars

Impossible to vacuum

Like the look but it acts like Velcro. It literally sticks to my feet when walking on it. I've tried two different vacuums with brushes and just by hand with the wand and you cannot get debris out of the rug. I've tried adjusting the deck height and the power levels but the rug bogs down the motor to the point I'm concerned the motor will burn out. We have many other rugs, some similar and some with a much higher pile and none of them give us trouble like this one.

Pretty, soft rug, however NOT what I expected!

I was excited to find such a beautiful rug at a reasonable price, and delivered so quickly! It arrived securely packaged and I was anxious to get it on the floor to see how it looked. I was happy with the design of the rug and the quality of the mat, and it fit nicely in our hallway (size and looks). The fabric is not what I e pelted for a runner in a high traffic area. It’s soft to the touch, but is terrible for getting grass seeds stuck in it. The seeds weave through the fabric, making it nearly impossible to get out. I am now using tweezers to pull each seed out, which is not something I thought I would be doing with a runner. I have another runner that is also soft, but a tighter weave. So when grass seed or other debris from grass or bushes is brought inside by our dogs I am able to vacuum it up with no problem. That is definitely NOT the case for this rug. I don’t know how someone would know this before purchasing, since the fabric is somewhat generic, being “polyester.” I can probably use this rug elsewhere in the house, it it definitely won’t work where I intended!

It’s such a beautiful design, but started to peel a week after I got it.

Cannot get clean

I bought this runner close to a year ago now and it’s horrible. I cannot get this rug clean no matter how hard I try and it’s now been sitting in the closet for months because it make my house look dirty when it’s out. I’ve tried washing it, vacuuming it, sweeping it with a broom, shaking it etc. and nothing gets the crumbs out. Not for a house with dogs or children or people for that matter. I’m so sad.

2x3 area rug. The middle crease has not come out of the rug - it has a high ridge in the middle - I'm hoping it will eventually become smooth.

Not at all good for homes with kids

I am typically not one to leave reviews… But I wish that someone had warned me against this rug! I have two small children so there may be more crumbs and debris in the kitchen then one without kids, but this rug literally traps crumbs! I shook the rug, vacuumed, and put it in the washer and it still holds onto everything! I had to buy a new rug for our kitchen and thought about putting this in our closet, but I may just have to donate instead! Sorry rugs USA, this rug is not for me!!

Lays flat, vibes colors, machine washable

It is a gorgeous rug that I knew was thinner of course due to it being machine washable. I wanted machine washable, though, so I knew going into this purchase the rug wouldn't hold up as long. Totally ok - for my lifestyle it has been great and easy to replace when the time does come.
