Worthless

I purchased the round rug 6 months ago hoping that the rug would improve time. It did not. It has never laid flat, won’t stay in the same spot, and looks like a matted mess. Highly do not recommend or in this situation- you get what you pay for. It’s going in the trash.

horrible smell

the carpet arrived with a horrible, horrible diesel oil smell! i sprayed it with fabreeze and put it out on my closeline for 2 days. Still smells terrible!! I bought it for my mothers house for her pups to lay on in her living room, but now im not sure i can take it there. The rug is definitely very thin but, with only paying 30$, didn't expect it to be plush carpet. ill never by this or any other carpets from this company! if i could I'd return it

Poor quality

Poor quality- shedding. You can see the backing through the carpet strands. Only looks good from far away. It is soft but for synthetic furry fibers than regular carpet material

VERY STRONG CHEMICAL ODOR.

This round ivory rug is not the best quality. Purchased this to go under a desk. Removing the odor is the problem. I realize the price is relatively inexpensive to the quality. I could work with it if their were not an odor. Breathing this noxious odor on a daily... not happening.

This rug came well packaged and with good intructions on care. I put it in my office, that is a long rectangular shaped room. The rug pulls the room togther and is very welcoming for my clients! Would purchase another one.

Great value

Perfect rug. I bought the 10x14 Neva NuLoom rug in ivory and loved it so much that I bought the 10x14 Kara NuLoom rug in ivory (the only difference is tassels). The rug fluffs up well with my Dyson and is easy to clean (it is not super dense, which is perfect for those who actually want a thoroughly vacuumed shag rug!). Don’t expect it to be soft and squishy unless you buy a felt rug pad (we have 3/8 inch felt rug pads, but 1/2 inch would work well too). Because we bought a huge (and therefore heavy) rug there is no need to buy nonskid pads, and felt pads are found cheaply online. Rug pads make a rug squishy underfoot, but the rug itself has very soft fibers. Excellent value and good for pets!

Great price

Large fairly inexpensive rugs. Perfect in our big open living room/tv room where the young grands play. Super soft, vacuums beautifully. Recommend a thick pad to give the rug more oomph. For the price, i have no worries about stains, etc.

Not comfortable

I knew this was a more affordable rug. Has no volume to it and very sparse. You can feel the actual mat. I wouldn’t really recommend but it does what I needed it for, for my couch that was going to be on hard floor. I usually like to sit on the floor but this rug isn’t cushioned enough for me.My rating for customer service is average because I did not talk to customer service for anything.Color was accurate though!

NuLoom Area Rug

First - it says 5x8 - well... that is not accurate. It is a 5'5" x 7'7" size rug according to the packaging. First disappointment. Once unrolled... after I vacumed it - it is soft - yes. But very thin. If I rub my hand across the rug you can far too easily see through the rug. This rug should have been more like $50. That said - it is for our Master in front of our bed. Color is pretty good and since we fear our geriatric dog might pee on it - we're keeping it.

Horrible quality

This rug had a horrible chemical smell that lasted for days! I had aired it out, opened the windows, tried to give it a chance, but the horrible smell would not go away. It was so bad that I started to get lightheaded and I had no idea why - until I realized it was because of the carpet. Immediately returned as soon as I got the chance. Also this carpet is not that “shaggy” and not comfortable. It is so thin, it feels like you’re walking over a towel laid out on the floor. Don’t buy. Save your time and health, pay a little more and get something worth it!

SO Cheap Looking

I can't stress enough how cheap this rug looks - I was expecting more considering there are a ton of other rug companies in the same price range that I've had great experience with online (two other shag rugs, in larger sizes, and both look expensive, full, and overall great). This one was just supposed to be a simple, white shag, and it should have been easy to do well, but you can literally see all of the backing throughout the rug. I tried vacuuming and running my fingers through it to fluff it up and hopefully hide the backing and it did nothing. Unfortunately, I don't have a real way of returning it, so it's just sitting in my room looking dumb.

I'm sorry, I almost never do reviews. I purchased a 9 x 12 rug which was not inexpensive. In this case I returned this rug and in my search for a new one have completely ruled out anything by nuLoom. The carpet was very poorly made, I was surprised Home Depot even had it on their website after seeing it. The density of the tufted fibers to the backing was spare. The fiber tufting didn't even extend to the edge of the rug, they stopped about an inch from the edges, it was crazy. When I held up a section of the rug you could see straight through it. Very unhappy and surprised this is a product provided even an option to purchase.

We ordered 3 hallway runner rugs for our home. All the same brand Nuloom and same style. We have received said rugs. We were beyond disappointed in the poor quality of the rugs, you can see thru the top of the rugs to the floor. Also the ends are not cut straight. Very poor quality. We assumed for the price we paid we were getting a better quality rug sadly that is not the case. Unfortunately this was our first and last WayFair purchase. I prefer to shop with sites that are well known for standing behind the quality of the items they sell. I would definitely not recommend this product .
