Carpet used and dirty and all wrinkled and wrong color

I love everything about this rug! It fits our space perfectly and the color and quality is amazing! It’s so cozy to walk on and makes the space!

This rug is as expected. I wanted something very neutral that would not compete with the decor in our study / game room. I made the decision to order the thinner rug, but now wish I had gotten the 2 in. However I think with a rug pad underneath it will be fine.

Not as good a quality as I expected.

It was folded and then rolled, full of wrinkles.

I love this rug. The color is perfect. It’s NOT white like some pictures show. It’s plush and thick. In fact I’d appreciate it if anyone that’s purchased this rug as well could recommend to me what style vacuum to use for it. My vacuum doesn’t go high enough to vacuum it and it won’t roll over the rug.

Nice taupe rug

This is a nice rug for the price. Soft and the color is. Nice taupe. I bought this for my home office with wood floors. I would purchase again. No issue with smell or getting the rug to lay flat.

I love my rug ! Perfect color and style ! It’s in between plush and shag. It did have a chemical smell for the first 2 weeks. Also, rug is thin. I may need a mat underneath.

The look and feel are fine but the smell is overwhelming. It's been airing out for over a month and still smells like a chemical cocktail. It was also moist upon arrival(perhaps the finishing process didnt air out before being rolled and packaged?). We would have returned it right away but it too large to fit in our vehicle, so now we are stuck with what feels like a big toxic mess.

This rug has A LOT OF WHITE IN IT. While I think of being as a tan, this carpet is at least half white, half tan. The white fibers are intermingled but it is very white. I used price match to purchase this rug. They would allow me to return since it was not the correct color but did not allow an exchange for the same carpet in a different color and use the same price match.

Probably one of the best purchases we ever made, absolutely love this rug. It is thick, plush and soft. No shedding either, which is more than I can say for our Golden retriever. The multi-colors in the tweed are a great plus for my busy kid & dog friendly home as I don't always have time to vacuum every single day like I used too with our last rug that showed every tiny speck of anything. No smell, no snagging, comfy, perfect!

I ordered this rug in beige. I (and my family) absolutely love it!! I can not say enough about how soft it is. I have hardwood floors throughout my house and I have noticed no shedding at all...not even a fiber. The quality is great! I ordered it in beige and to me it's got more of a cream color. I was wanting more of a khaki look and this is not it. However, once I put in my living room, the color grew on me. The beige really lightens the room and makes it look very cozy. This color rug has got 2 different shades in the shag- a cream and a beige like tan. Because of this mix of two colors (that blend great) I feel like it will hid any possible stains from spills or whatever. I would buy again and again!!
