Smells weird

Purchased the rug and it looked fine, however it came with a very weird smell. It smells strongly like dirt and dust, almost like it sat in a dirty warehouse for years. It even made us sneeze and I couldn’t deal with the smell anymore so I rented a carpet cleaner. Ive had it for less than a month, and the water from the carpet cleaner came out dark brown, and we don’t wear shoes in the house. The carpet cleaner didn’t work because the smell is still there.

Perfect In Any Size

Absolutely LOVE this rug. The pattern is beautiful and well complemented by the different textures of the rug. Great addition to our guest room. This is the second time I've purchased this rug, I also have it in a smaller size and both are equally lovely.

Good quality for price!

I am very impressed with the quality of this rug for the price! Such a good find - the colors were true to the picture. I didn’t buy a rug pad and I don’t feel like I need one. I’m using this in an office and so far, it hasn’t moved at all. I did lay it out with heavy books for about 4 days before it would flatten out but once I did that, it stayed flat. I feel like this was a great purchase.

Pretty rug - more tan than the picture

Pretty rug. I like the pattern, the color has a bit more tan than I expected (almost looks pinkish in certain light), but it works in my space and I will be keeping it. It is thin and definitely needs the pad underneath. Gave four stars because the binding is coming undone on one of the corners - came this way out of the bag.

Rugs USA silver Speckled Vintage RUG SO SOFT!

Very soft! I love it! The rugs are nice and pretty. Not too white so stains won't show. Easy to vacuum which is what I was looking for. I have 4 of them. Two runners and one in my living room and one in the kitchen. Very nice rugs! I have two kids, so I needed something that can have spills and still look nice. I also have animals.

Decent Rug, Cut Way Too Short!

The rug is decent in quality. I suspect I’ll get maybe a couple years out of it before it really starts to fall apart. I got the 2.6’x12’ runner. I bought a 12’ rug pad that was cut short by 2” to accommodate the 12’ runner. When I laid the runner down the rug pad stuck out by more than 4” on the end. I measured and the runner was cut short by almost 6”! Ridiculous. This’ll be my last purchase from RugsUSA. This isn’t the first issue I’ve had. ALSO...I waited almost 4 months to get this rug through continual back orders and delays. Disappointed.

YES, You SHOULD Buy the Rug!

I was very skeptical about ordering a rug online esp. after scouring through many different sites and reading all the reviews. I discovered the “view in your room” option and quickly decided that if I was going to purchase it would most definitely be from a site that offered it so that helped narrow it down. I also veered from any that had too many negative reviews which also helped. All that being said, i ended up at Rugs USA and I’m 110% happy with my rug! The entire process was seamless. Shipping was a reasonable time frame and I was kept informed and updated on the ETA. The colors are just as described and it as gorgeous in my dining room as it was pictured online! I purchased the pad as recommended, and I would also suggest as well, which helps keep in place and adds a bit more comfort as well as protection to the floor. I didn’t have any issues with the rug curling up as I unpackaged it and laid it out, bottom side up, overnight. I was so pleased with my purchase that I have already ordered three more that are expected to be delivered any day! Gorgeous rug, stellar customer service and reasonable prices, you can’t go wrong with Rugs USA!

Great rug for price

This rug is exactly what I wanted, I ordered the gold color. It isn't overtly gold, and has other subtle colors that can tie into any room. (brown, blue, brass hues all look great with it) We are redoing our house and I wanted a lighter rug to update from a darker blue one I had. This rug is on the "thinner" side, doesn't offer much comfort while lying on the ground. Because it is "vintage" it goes from a higher pile to a lower pile in the design. The higher pile is very soft to the touch but doesn't shed. Overall I am extremely happy with this product. How it was shipped is pictured. Not sure if that is typical; it was unwrapped, but not damaged or stained in any way.

Neutral Perfection

I’m a home style blogger, so I take my rugs very seriously! (Ha.) I had been searching forever for the perfect rug that would tie all our decor together and RugUSA had just what we were looking for. I can’t say enough about the color combo and design of this rug. The creams, tans, grays and very dark charcoal (looks black) hit the nail on the head. The design looks very upscale. I would suggest a rug pad because it is definitely not plush but the texture is very soft.

Too beautiful!!

I have been looking for a runner and an area rug to tie all my colors together in my family room. When I saw the Alchemist Vintage rug I was concerned that the silver version would have yellow throughout rather than gold. I took a chance and I am glad I did. The colors are fabulous. The runner is wider than most--which was perfect for the room. The rugs are absolutely beautiful and laid out nicely. I couldn't be more pleased.
