[Rewarded Review] Cozy, well made rug!

This grey wool rug has added a depth of cozy comfort to my family room/TV area. I’m very happy with my purchase.

[Rewarded Review] Looks great, smells odd

It looks great, exactly as I hoped! The smell is musty and it hasn’t dissipated after a few weeks...it hasn’t permeated the house but when I sit on the couch I smell it...

[Rewarded Review] Poor material

Pattern is very attractive however the wool is extremely matted and would never resist high traffic w/o significant wear. I’d take high caution when ordering this rug.

It’s a beautiful rug! There is a subtle contrast of color in the undertone. The braid is white, the undertone is beige. A nice contrast!

Light grey is very brown! I bought this rug thinking that it would be a cool toned light grey but received this brownish grey rug that looks dirty. Why would anyone make this colored rug?! Ugh! I’ve contacted Houzz but have not received a reply. It is not as described,.

The braided rug is absolutely beautiful. It is made well with a visually perfect textured look that adds a pop to my entry way. The light gray shade goes very well with other dark gray and black color schemes. After receiving my first rug I purchased another as this rug is a steal for the price and quality.

I’ve had it for a year and it just gets worse with time. Relentlessly sheds like a dog. It’s not a rug you want to lay on because it’s neither comfortable nor appealing. It must be vacuumed in a single direction because the braid rips/lifts from the backing. The braid traps debris deep and does not pick up with my Dyson. Condensation from glasses create dirt/dark spots. Unable to be cleaned with water.

Product arrived defective (see pictures). Arrived 3 days ago and I am still waiting for Houzz to respond on if and when they will send replacement. Note I purchased same rug a month earlier and it was perfect- very happy with first purchase. Second purchased rug (shown here) is defective.

After reading the reviews I felt this rug was worth the gamble...wow, am I glad I purchased it! First, the loops are NOT glued down as one reviewer claims, this rug is woven. The color is a true navy. It is a large weave so I'd not recommend it in a high traffic area or if you have pets that like to "dig" in on carpets. I have it in the master bedroom in a coastal cottage - this rug elevates the room. High quality, beautiful color, very much on trend...I'd buy it again this time with no hesitation.

Great for low traffic rooms only

It’s a really neat, quality rug! Unfortunately I put it in my living room and it got dirty and pilled up immediately. Better for a bedroom or nursery but lasted less than a year in my living room before getting trashed. Would recommend for a room that doesn’t get a lot of shoe traffic.

Perfect Rug

This rug is amazing. It is very sturdy and very soft under foot. The color is a true off white. No yellowy tint to it. It does shed as it is wool. It's shedding less and less after vacuuming.

Thought it was perfect until it shed...

After searching high and low for an attractive, well-priced, cream-colored rug, I thought this rug would be perfect. Turns out, it sheds an IMPRESSIVE amount. White balls of fuzz have turned up all over my apartment, and if I put an item of clothing on the floor, I have to get out the lint roller. It also has started to become discolored, and vacuuming nor Resolve will do the trick. Very disappointed and will likely be replacing this.

Sheds everywhere

I fell in love with the look of this rug, but after actually having it down in the living room, I realized this was going to be a huge problem. It sheds everywhere, and with my dark wood floors it’s so noticeable. I find fibers from this rug all over my house, they blow into different rooms. I’m constantly vacuuming. I will eventually get a new rug.

LIke it but sent it back

This is a heavy, substantial rug. The braiding was too large for our liking and came across too casual for our living room. It's not a shag rug but has the same sort of vibe. My husband found the braiding rough on his feet but I found it massaging (like wearing those sports sandals with the little nubs on the footbed). Color was a true ivory, just as we hoped. Ultimately I sent it back because it didn't suit our decor, but it's a decent rug otherwise.

Love this rug!

We placed this rug under our king bed, it added a warm texture, like a favorite cable knit sweater. I respect the weave and don’t use the beater bar setting on our vacuum. Also, because of the weave and color, I wouldn’t place it in a high traffic area....but it’s perfect in our master bedroom.

Looks like a chunky wool sweater!

Love this rug! It looks like a cozy chunky wool sweater. It is a little smaller then 6x9, about 5’10 x 8’8” on mine but it still works in my space. It does have a wool smell but that has dissipated over the few days of it being out. I am not sure if it will shed but maybe can report back.

Very Pleased with Quality of Product

I purchased this a second time for another room, so far so good. I didn't want a synthetic fiber rug. My only concern was our cat would scratch up fibers, so far she doesn't, she prefers to scratch up the synthetic rug in our solarium instead.

Beautiful Rug

I was very hesitant in purchasing this because I couldn't get a clear response to exactly what the color would be like in person. I finally ordered it and it is beautiful, not at all a bright blue but much richer than a dark navy. My best comparison would be to the medium blue that the Dodgers use in their logos, not a royal blue but not a navy either. I have navy accents and it goes together perfectly. Unfortunately, my rug arrived with several pieces broken away from the stitching and had multiple snags so I am sending it back but overall good quality for the price.

Dont buy!

I bought a rug from them less than 6 months ago and it had normal wear and tear (ie walking on it). About a month ago the stitching started to loosen and now it has totally fallen apart. The seller wont take it back or refund or credit me or accommodate me in any way. It was extremely difficult even getting them to respond to me. I had to get Houzz involved who helped me to get a response but didnt do anything once the sellers decision was made to do nothing. Way to stand by your product.
