Smells bad

This rug has great design and is very soft. Unfortunatly the plastic chemical smell is so bad and has not aired out so far. The rug is in a bedroon upstairs, and we can smell it even downstairs. We are considering ruturning.

Rug and Service Review

Finally received my complete order. Ordered in late August, the rug pad came that same week, but unbeknown to me at the time of the order, the rug was on back order. Rug was finally delivered on 9/26. I did call twice 2 weeks apart, after I received the pad with no word on the rug or its status of being on back order. I was told both times that the rug was to be received by their warehouse the next day (what a coincidence) and that I would receive a notification once it finally shipped. My rug arrived in a dirty, ripped, gapped, flimsy cardboard box. Looked liked it had been dropped and rolled around many times. The rug was unprotected (no coverings or wrapping) and potentially exposed to dirt, debris and critters. It was also folded. This rug is 9×12 and is for our living room. We are 8 more days away from our floors being dry in order to place the rug. Since the livingroom is not accessible and we has no other space to it out we tapped the driveway to lay it flat and rolled it up. As it should have been for delivery as now it has many deep creases throughout its surface due to being folded for shipping. While the rug seems to be nice, the caller is a bit off from what I expected and has a very strong chemically odor. Not sure why, as it wasn't wrapped up at all and has been in an open air box, most likely for several days. I really struggle with ordering things online for this very reason. I certainly hope that I didn't just waste hundreds of dollars on something that is not going to have any longevity and look like a nappy frayed mess in a short period of time. At this time I have no plans to place any future orders with this company.

beautiful white textured rug!

Beautiful white textured rug. So far very durable. We paired it with a rubber mat underneath to stop sliding and it's been great. The texture is what really makes this rug a bit more special.

Inexpensive rug for low use area

I purchased this rug in ivory for my grand daughters bedroom when they come to stay so didn't want to pay too much . This rug is inexpensive and it looks cheap . The smell when I opened up the package was very strong and I am airing it out to see if it dissipates . If it doesn't I will return it . It's definatley a case of you get what you pay for.

Very pleased with this rug. The shade of blue is perfect and exactly as pictured. Very soft. I love how the tassels lay flat. Would highly recommend this rug.

Good quality rug and looks great!

Even with 3 small kids- LOVE

I love the look of this rug and get so many compliments on it! Even with 3 small kids, it is easy to keep clean (in our living room, so lots of traffic) we have already had a few spills and they wipe right up. It’s very soft and comfy to sit on. My only complaint is the edges haven’t laid down. I think they would have if not for my kids playing with them and my robot vacuum bending them though- so not a big deal to me. I will tape it down to help it lay flat

Soft, doesn’t shed, beautiful color.

Perfect pop of color to our “black and white” living room

The rug is soft with a nice shade of blue for that pop tour somewhat neutral room. It’s thick enough and comfy for the bottoms of our feet. :) It also has a nice pattern so it doesn’t appear “flat”. We’ve received a lot of compliments already!

Ties the room together

Love it! I first saw it by a user on the Lemon8 app and I knew I had to have it. I got the 7 x 10 and it’s perfect for my apartment. I sprayed it lightly with Scotchgard because I don’t know if I can use it on rugs but I have a two year-old so I figured why not. My friend loves it so much. He’s going to get the same one in blue.

5x7 Rug

Love the design & seems like it’s well made but it’s for my son’s nursery who could be here any day now and the smell of chemicals from this rug is absolutely awful. Trying to give it a few more days because I love the look of it but the smell is so strong and so bad.
