[Rewarded Review] Disappointed

Rug arrived in a box heavily damaged. The rug was folded and in the box without any other packaging. Found a slit on the underside of the rug. Unfolded the rug and noted a somewhat used appearance. Especially the edges. The rug/material was somewhat fuzzy and not a tight weave consistent with the balance of the rug. Also found a pull. Vacuumed the rug to see if it helped; it did not. Because I loved the rug I decided to ask for an exchange and found I had to pay for shipping to return. Decided to keep it but will look elsewhere for my rugs.
