Ok so what I’ve noticed on Wayfair is the pictures don’t do certain items justice. This rug is amazing in person. Even my uploaded photo doesn’t show it how it is in person. If you’re debating I can sign off on this one as a good buy. Thick, non flimsy, actually stays put and lays flat without wrinkles. Can’t beat it!

The border wasn't attached to the rug for over a foot on one side when I received it. Had to pay to return damaged goods. Buyer beware.

Ordered this rug for my craft room. Really low pile. Looks great in the area.

Still doesn’t lay flat! All this time it still curls badly at the ends even tried to iron it to no avail!

This is a very nice rug. It arrived on time and was easy to unroll. It feels good on bare feet and looks great in the room. I knocked off one star because even after several days of laying flat under heaving books and cartons, I still can't get all the creases out, and it does not lie uniformly flat. I've got it under my desk now, and it still bunches and does not lay flat, even with a good rug pad under it. I am going to try steaming it and then taping it down.

It was not the dark gray as shown in the picture. Also a very thin , light weight rug . Would not recommend

NuLoom 9x12 area rug

It is thin but not expensive I don’t like that it is delivered folded. It adds to the issue of not laying flat

Carpet is exactly as pictured. It is pretty thin and did not lay flat but probably needed to settle a bit and seemed to slide around a lot. The backing didn't seem to stick well to floor. I did buy the wrong size and am returning them but did not like enough to buy a smaller size. I will try a heavier, remnant.

Looks lovely, edges roll and shed though

Color is lovely and the rug is soft. The edges roll up and start to shed after about two months. :(

Rug never settled ...

Rug never settled infact became less flat and more lumpy the longer it sat.

This rug is very pretty but I do wish they were a little heavier duty. They don't lay as nice on the floor and the corners curl up.

Easy care for casual spaces

This rug worked perfectly in my daughter's room. Very neutral in gray. It is thin, but we just needed something soft under foot to warm up the room in cooler months. Cleans very easily but also hides any small stains that may happen. Easy to vacuum and keep clean.

Very disappointed in the rog. Thin and won’t lay flat and continues to curl. The edge of the rug by the binding is showing the backing.

It's a nice pattern and if it looked dark grey all over the rug, I would love it. But it changes colors from light grey to dark grey as you move or the light changes. It doesn't look right.

I like the gray and white, but I expected the dark gray to be dark gray. It has dark and light gray in it. I also have 3 defects in my rug; the rug design isn’t printed on parts of the rug, there’s a noticeable sparse area with not enough material, and there’s a big tan weave in the upper middle of the rug that I covered with the coffee table. It’s also a pretty thin rug. I had no energy to return it for a new one because I have no idea how to roll it back up and send it (it’s not a small rug) and I wanted a replacement. It’s a bit of poor customer service to not get a replacement without going through the trouble of sending it back even after showing the defects.

This is a great low pile rug. It has held up great with two dogs and three kids. Easy to vacuum and carpet clean. The colors are beautiful and has been a great addition to my living room.

I love it! Exactly like pic. Easy to clean. Durable. I searched everywhere to find what I had invisioned in my head.. I found it at WAYFAIR! GREAT PRICE TOO Will absolutely recommend WAYFAIR to everyone I know!

Great color

Love the darker gray color. I have 2 dogs so that was important in my decision to buy. I’ve had this rug for about a month and it’s holding up nicely. I’m giving it 4 stars because the rug was delivered folded instead of rolled. It took a long time to straighten out.

I was extremely displeased with the quality of this rug. It's shiny, scratchy, and thinner than I expected from the picture displayed. It's more of a garage or workshop quality rug, made from a material listed as "polypropylene", not something I would put in my house. When I immediately tried to return it, I found that I would only get $8.00 refunded, because of the shipping costs I was expected to pay to return it. That is higher than any return fee any company charges in this day of shopping online. I'm warning people away from doing business with this company!!

won't lay flat

beautiful rug but after 6 months it still curls in middle and in strange places. it is In sunroom laying flat. I'm over it. 9x12 came folded and vacuum sealed so still have fold marks. wouldn't buy again.
