[Rewarded Review] Rug Comes FOLDED

FYI if you order this NON-WASHABLE rug it comes folded. Therefore the entire rug has wrinkles, folds, 'bubbles' and will not pull flat. Support told me to put weight on it. Anyone have an 8x10 weight I can borrow? Unreal. Rug is beautiful but it'll be a trip hazard.

Strong smell won’t go away!!

Bought this weeks ago. Aired out for a week in a spare room with windows open and then put into living room. Weeks later and after calling the company to ask how to get rid of strong smell — baking soda did not remedy the problem as they suggested. Can’t stand the smell anymore and this can’t be healthy. Now to figure out how I can get such a large item back to a store for refund. Bummer!!

Colors are not as they appear

Not at all in person as it appears in the picture. The rug has too much pink, which was not at all what I expected. It is too big a deal to return, but I will be unlikely to purchase another rug of this brand. I thought I was getting a beige and gray with some burgundy. The colors are more of a gold, some gray, some pink , some beige, and burgundy. Buyer beware.

It was nice but the color was not what I needed and very disappointed because I got such a great deal with 40% off and kohls cash bummed I had to return but that happens

This rug is beautiful! I ordered a 3x5 for my bathroom and when I saw how pretty the colors were, I ordered a 9x12 for my bedroom to match. It’s super soft and silky too! It’s not a thick rug but I knew what I was getting for the price. I didn’t want to spend $1000 plus on a rug so this is perfect! If it wears fast, then I will feel like I got my money’s worth.
