Great cutting board option

I'm too lazy to properly care for wood cutting boards and I don't like plastic. This is a good alternative to both. I would not put these in the dishwasher. We have a small Epicurean cutting board bought a few years ago that was used daily and washed in the dishwasher, and it's finish is worn and it now gets water logged when washed. So now I hand wash the Epicurean cutting boards.

Appreciate the quality but smells like urine

Appreciate and love the quality and that its USA made. But it smells like urine/formaldehyde and completely off-putting. I didn't notice it when I purchased, the smell only came out after handwashing it before use. The smell did disappear after the third wash in the dishwasher (or maybe because I got used to it), and eventually left my dishwasher too. Smell never did affect taste of food or transfer to the food. Now I'm at a point where I'm happy with this purchase

Trust Me, You Need This!

I purchased the Epicurean All-In-One cutting board specifically for preparing fish and poultry dishes. I have used the cheap, flimsy plastic versions that curl up in the dishwasher for far too long in my home kitchen and I finally ditched them for this beauty. I only wish I had done so many years ago. This tool does everything it’s advertised to do and makes life in the kitchen so much easier and efficient. It offers a flat, stable, secure and highly functional surface for chopping, slicing and mincing proteins that are generally not safe to prepare on wooden surfaces. The rubber feet work flawlessly to prevent any slipping or movement on any surface. Despite its thin depth, the board is quite rigid and does not flex under pressure. It’s super light weight is a welcome relief to my heavier wooden boards and best of all, it’s remarkably dishwasher safe. It’s now my go to cutting board for all my prep work, not just proteins. My Epicurean cutting board

This cutting board is like none other I’ve ever used. It makes my cuts easier, sharper and more precise. Cleans up beautifully and is so unique, I leave it out in my countertop all the time and it becomes a conversation piece among family and friends. It wasn’t cheap but worth every penny.

I love how strong, easy to use, easy to restore if you have tiny space, and very handy. I fall in love with this chopping board the first time I used it. You don't have to worry about slipping while cutting your veggies because it has grips on 4 corners. I use this more often when I am making breakfast. I wish I had the bigger size. Love it

This cutting board is great, i really love the fact of the 4 grips around to help the board not slip if there is water around. In one of the sides of the cutting board it has a border to trap any liquid from cutting fruits or vegetables. It is resistant to very sharp knives and it has not peal in excess while cutting all these days. I really like this cutting board and I recommend it.

The non-slip feet are on both sides of the cutting board and work perfectly at keeping it from moving around on my countertop while I'm chopping up food. The size is perfect for smaller jobs. I also like that after chopping up a red onion, it didn't stain the board. I can tell this Epicurian Cutting Board is going to last a long time and is already a staple in my kitchen. Not happy with this cutting board

Not happy with this board. Williams Sonoma rarely disappoints but this product definitely didn’t live up to expectations. It’s really loud when cutting on it and the knife marks are really prominent each time I use it. Just not happy with it at all and at the price point, it really isn’t what I expect from Williams Sonoma!

I really enjoyed testing out this new cutting board. It’s nice, thin and easy to store. I was able to prep multiple vegetables on this one tray with no issues. I like the color of the tray but my favorite element is the divets around the side that help keep tomato juices from going everywhere! Amazing simple feature. Overall, loved using this but it is a bit thin and feels fragile.

My husband and I have differing opinions on this cutting board. I like that it’s made of recycled materials and it seems pretty durable. However, it has a very odd smell when you cut something wet on it and it’s almost too much to handle. My husband thinks it’s a great board with the liquid catching edge. I’m 50/50 on it. It is pretty nice to have a smaller board to just whip out real quick.

This small cutting board is the perfect size. The neutral color makes it easy to tell if you've got a completely clean. This is bored comes with a juice side and a flat side. This year as I was cutting up my oranges and lemons from my Christmas simmering potpourri, I was able to catch all the juice and not make a sticky mess all over my counter. Good-bye old cutting boards!

I love that it’s made in the USA. I also love that it is dishwasher safe and that it has two sides to it. I love the juice groove side. I can use it for pineapple, watermelon 🍉 or anything that needs to catch liquid with no drip. I love that I can flip it over and use the other side for bigger things. I can tell the quality it great! I’m so happy I got this my cutting board needed an update. This size was perfect and lightweight. I highly record this brand.

Very good product

This board is the perfect size for cutting foods at my kitchen sink. It is easy to stabilize on the center sink divider. I also can use it where counter space is limited or tight, such as near my slow cooker is placed. The only drawback is this material is not heat resistant; a hot kettle was accidentally set on the board leaving behind a ring that has resisted removal.

Nice boards but very strong chemical stench

It's a great size cutting board and excited to be able to put it in the dishwasher. Feels very light weight and the grippers on each side are really nice. Its not as dark as it looks in the pics, more dark grey. But out of the package the smell is so strong and horrible chemical smell. So I put them through a cycle in dishwasher and it filled up our place with strong chemical smell. I had to take them out of the dry cycle to put them outside. I'm hoping the smell goes away but if not they will get returned because it's awful. I will update review if I keep them. And hopefully this is a rare instance and won't be this bad for everyone. They look like they'll be nice boards if I can use them.
