Check the glass before assembling the heater.

I bought 3. 1 works. 1 stopped working. The replacement 3rd one shipped with a cracked Glass tube. Need to return it.

Very nice, burns a great flame. The only problem I had putting it together was the bottom six screws didn’t line up properly.

They work great, look good! Gave a 4 cause the assembly directions are a little challenging…was missing 4 screws for one of the units. Not a deal breaker though.

Great looking, the heating range area was only a few feet though, because of the design we could move it closer to people w/o burn worries. All in all a great additional heater we did enjoy.

I am very pleased with the amount of heat it puts out even from the bottom.

Quality issues

The white metal grating that is in front of the glass tube is not fully covered with paint (some corners and place where pieces connect to each other). This will probably lead to the metal rusting in those spots. I have read other reviews and see some have had issue with rusting. It's probably due to the fact that the process that is used to paint the metal is not done well. You get what you pay for. This item is not one of the more expensive heaters. It will serve its purpose and looks good enough but I don't know how long it will last.

Grates rust

I purchased a NuuGarden outdoor pyramid heat for my deck. At about 1 year of owning this, the grates started to rust. It continually got worse over the winter and I contacted NuuGarden for a resolution. They advised me that I would have to purchase new grates. I asked why I would want to keep purchasing grates every 1-2 years if they rust and they advised that was the only solution.

Outdoor heater

We were finally able to try our Pyramid Heater and it worked just as we thought it will definitely come in handy for those cool evenings. I purchased the cover but not so sure if I would recommend that for outside since we had a bit of wind and even though the heater was placed against a wall out of the main area with the cover on the heater was knocked over. Have since removed the cover and all is fine. I thought about sending the cover back but will keep it when storaging over the winter

Warning: Blew over and glass broke

We had removed the propane tank to take it to get replaced. Unfortunately, while the tank was removed, the heater blew over. It was slightly windy but not heavy winds. We think it's because we had the tank out of it and the cover on, so probably our fault. We are trying to find replacement parts, but not sure if it can be repaired. This is just a warning to everyone. We thought it was a beautiful heater and loved using it.

Outdoor propane heater

Assembled in about 2 hrs….a bit confusing primarily due to small print illustration. Love that the heat radiates from the sides. Beautiful!

Doesn’t Light In The Cold

Nice to look at and that is about all you can do when it is under 45 outside. Anything above that and it lights right up. Useless if you need it for heat.
