Hose too short

There was a zip tie around one part of the shower head which was so tight I had a difficult time removing it, therefore I damaged the "chrome finish." Was easy to put up. We had a previous handheld shower head which broke. The hose is only 5 ft long so not long enough to use when you have to sit on a shower seat which we've previously used in the back of the tub. Now we have to move the shower seat close to the tub's fixtures. Our previous handheld unit had a hose about 8 ft long. There's no mention of the length of the hose on the outside of the packaging. Now I'm going to try to find a longer hose to use with it or I might end up buying a different unit. I can't return it since it has been used.

Hose is plastic so doesn't relax well even after a few weeks. Pressure is not too good either.

Can't fix the leak

The hose curls up and I cannot hook it up so it won't leak. It is made out of plastic and cannot be screwed any tighter!

I ordered this for the connection that holds the shower head. After installing the shower head that came with the package, I found that the one I already had was better. The showerhead that came with the package is flat like a paddle and doesn't adjust so it sprays water in your face. It was a good purchase though because it was cheaper to purchase the whole thing than to just purchase the part that holds the head, the saddle. It's always good to have parts for replacement or share with someone else who might need a part.

Pretty silver-looking finish and works well.
