Really like this table. The only issue was the second box containing the table legs was damaged in transit so it took about 3.5 weeks from the time of ordering to actually enjoy the table. Houzz customer service was great in handling the issue.

This table is beautiful, sturdy and so easy to put together. I'd give myself approximately one hour to do it. I enjoyed it. It is clean and well built.

It is Perfect for My Kitchen and Looks Fantastic!
Wonderful for the price!
This was bought for someone downsizing from a home into senior independent living. With one leaf down, it snugs up to the back of a sofa. It looks far more expensive than it is, and it was easy for one non-professional to put together. It comes with all tools except a Phillips screwdriver, which you will need. It is exactly right for what was needed!

TERRIBLE! Have been waiting a week for return instructions! Despite what Houzz says, returns are difficult. Appears like the intention is to delay until it is too late to return. This will he my first and last experience with this seller and with Houzz!!
Not able to use
The table wood pieces that slide out to keep drop leaf part up isn't long enough. Now my table can't be used when guest comes, it has to always stay down.

nice little table for apartment
awesome little table for our apartment, great quality for the price, sits 4 people comfortably or with the leaf down its perfect for 2-3 people. ..love the flexibility for a small space!
