I picked this faucet because I thought it had a bit of French Country flair about it. I didn't install it, a plumber did, so can't comment on how easy it was to install. But the plumber seemed to have no problems with any of the three faucets. I've been using them for about three weeks now and love the ease of use for blending the water temperature. And they look absolutely beautiful on the new white/grey quartz countertops. I purchased the Vibrant Brushed Nickel finish and they were installed without the base plate.

I love this faucet
I recently had 3 Kohler Fairfax single handle faucets in brushed nickel installed in my home. Installation went quickly and they look great and perform well. I previously had a Fairfax faucet in Chrome which I installed myself in another home. It performed well and maintained its beautiful finish for the 12 years that I lived with it.

I have purchased three of these faucets for bathroom remodeling and have been very pleased with their ease of operation, styling, sturdiness, and quality. Kohler has been an excellent brand in plumbing fixtures for decades, and its products have been in our home and my parents' home for many years. The brushed nickel finish has a soft, slightly golden tone that is warm and subtle, blends nicely with other colors in the bathroom, and is easy to maintain. Kohler customer support is first class.
