Currently setting up a home office for a new WFH job and bought this chair. got it from a small local office furniture place for $99, so about 40% less than here. chair itself feels solid and well made and is extremely comfortable with several levers to fine tune and adjust it to personalize your comfort.

Putting the chair together should be easy, but it seems that the parts, including pieces of the chair and screws do not precisely fit the holes and the result is that the chair rocks when it shouldn't and one arm cannot be tightened enough to stabilize the chair. Also, you cannot loosen

So far the chair is good

I love this chair. It is quite roomy enough for a large size individual and has enough cushion foam for long time sitting. The base appear well made to withstand weights. The handle is well cushioned. I would have loved if it has reclining function additionally. Anyway, I just got the chair, so I will still give some time to see how far it holds.

3 months after purchasing this chair it would not stay up. The lever broke and I was sitting close to the floor! No way to fix this. Junk!

Just what we needed

On first impression after one week, appears to be a very nice chair.

Tilt only locks in full upright position

I purchased this specifically because it said that it has a tilt lock. I wanted to lock it in a slightly tilted-back position. This is not possible though. It only locks in the full upright position, which is actually slightly tilted forward on the legs. This means I cannot relax and sit back in my chair. Furthermore, it takes a lot of weight to make it tilt back. I am 145 lbs and have to use both arms to push back from the desk to make it tilt. As soon as I let go (to return to my work), it springs right back. So the tilting feature is completely useless for me. I am undecided about whether to return it or not. But if the tilt is important for you, keep looking.

Horrible after 1 year

I purchased this a year ago. It is so uncomfortable. The padding is flat and has absolutely no cushion to it anymore.

Pain in the back

Not very comfortable. The padding under the legs and behind the shoulders forces a curved spine position that make my back hurt after a few minutes. Trying to resolve with a lumbar support, but wouldn’t buy again.
