Just what I expected
Good quality for the price
I love it but it was a little short for my tub
Cheap materials
We had the same thing happen. Hot water side broke at the threads and flooded the bathroom. Contacted manufacturer and initially they responded, now I can't get any support from them since November, 3 months! I ripped everything out and will have to start over. Cheap stuff. Lifetime warranty?

Leaking seems to be a big issue with this product!
The valve leaked from the cold water. A drip ever second. I ran the water for roughly 25 minutes draining into a bucket. No help. Multiple flow on-off cycling, no help. The valve feels like it does not seat. It is a hard stop on the turn and does not offer any give. I caught it before the new wall went up fortunately.

The fixture LOOKS REALLY GREAT, but is leaky
For the 2nd time our fixture has had a leak. The 1st time a leak of the cold water faucet resulted in a nearly $10,000.00 insurance claim to repair of our newly remodeled bathroom. In that case, the bathtub and the tiles under had to be removed and the floor dried underneath it, as well as cutting out of the ceiling and removal of wet insulation of the dining room below it.
Just what I was looking for. It is perfect for my soaking tub, which was also a Wayfair purchase.

Beautiful faucet
This arrive and I was very please with the quality. I was worried it was going to be cheap looking, however it's very classy. I recommend this product.
We absolutely LOVE this floor mounted faucet. It appears to be durable and it is beautiful. Really compliments the bathroom and makes it look really nice! We haven’t used it yet so I don’t know how that will turn out but we turned it on after plumbers installed it and it seemed to be working fine for a few minutes.
It's beautiful, so far very sturdy, and the plumbers had no problem installing it.
