Builders Shoppe Classic Single Handle 16-inch Pull

This is a great faucet! I have had this for 4 years now and have no issues with it. It looks & works the same as it did when we installed it.

Thirteen works great it’s easy a great buy for the price Bought this touchy in the bronzed color and it looked fancy not cheap at all I definitely recommend this faucet set

Unfortunate experience... I purchased this faucet the first week in June, but the kitchen took longer than anticipated because of all the work being done by so many others during Covid. My work kept getting pushed. So we installed in on Sunday and it was broken... the connection to the faucet on the hot water side is loose and can't be tightened, so water shoots up all over the place. Emailed Wayfair and they said it was past the 90 days (by less than a week, BTW) so now it's just trash. Unfortunate waste of money! Needless to say, I cannot recommend this faucet and will not be purchasing from Wayfair ever again. Truly uncool.

Been using for 3 years in a busy kitchen with 4 young kids. Has patina forming and scratches on finish. Has worked flawlessly. Has very strong water pressure and toggles between spray and stream easily.

I was worried about this because the install took longer than anticipated...luckily I read the reviews and warned my husband about needing extra materials to make it work. A few trips to the hardware store later and it works great! Looks chic!

Work Wonderful

The faucet is exactly what I wanted. Looks beautiful and was easy to install. I replaced existing one to provide more flexibility.

This faucet performs great. It pulls down and goes back in with ease. It has a nice long hose so we can fill the humidifier easily with no issues. Great water pressure.

We bought this faucet for our rental apartment and it looked so good we got it for a second rental apartment as well! Good price and it looks really nice.

The lines to connect the water supply were very short so we had to buy extensions for them but the faucet looks great and seems to be good quality.

The water pressure on this fixture is so much better than my old one. I don't even need to use the sprayer. The handle function is smooth and the style is fantastic

I really liked the look of the faucet, and additionally needed one that was a pull down handle. I have it installed in our laundry room, and the neck is high enough that we can wash anything in the sink with ease. I like the contrast of the decorative black with the chrome. Also very simple to use with one handle to turn on/off and control the temperature. I am very pleased with this faucet and the price was right!

Not the best quality

The quality of this faucet is not the best. The pull down handle gets stuck and is hard to pull in and out. I wouldn’t recommend this faucet.

nice weight to it, doesn't look like cheap plastic like most inexpensive faucets do these days. Works great, looks great!!

Very disappointed.

Appears decent when sitting unused, but not functional. The weight on the faucet head doesn't allow it to be retracted back up when pulled out for use (as it clearly states is intended to be extendable). Have to push the head of the faucet back up by hand. Awkward, time consuming, and dysfunctional. Huge waste of money. If we hadn't already had the hole drilled in our brand new granite to accommodate this exact faucet, I would have returned.

It's beautiful in my kitchen. It also works very well. The pull down sprayer also works great.

This faucet is beautiful, was easy to install and the price was great. The water connection lines are a little short or would have given a 5 star.

High Quality Fixture

Very fast delivery of this extremely high quality fixture. Very heavy and so classy. This fixture will look great in our outdoor kitchen. It is beautiful and seems to be very durable. Can't wait to get it installed!

I Love the design and beauty of the faucet....However, the hoses are not long enough to reach the water lines. The 2 that go to the water lines are soooooo short that plumber had to go to Home Depot to find an extension to the hose and that cost me more money (for the hose and for the plumber) to install it. And it doesn't come with a plate so the existing 2 other holes in my granite counter wouldn't be covered so the plumber had to use the plate from the old faucet in order to make my new one work. That's what I don't like about it!!!!!! Thanks
