It came packaged well, but when the box was opened there's a very obvious dent in it. I've had no sink in my bathroom for three days. I'm not sure what to do.
Great Faucet
We replace 3 Faucets with the BWE Waterfall Faucet from Home Depot. It is a good Product. I had 1 issue with 1 of the 3 and Tony From BWE customer service helped me out tremendously. He worked with me until we resolved the issue. He ended up sending me a replacement unit. Customer Service was really good and responded to any and all of my questions. Great Job and thanks Tony.
The attached supply line leaked, and I had to get a new O-ring for it

The Style was antique which is what we were looking for and the brass color was peferctly mat hed with the rest of our bathroom. Faucet was easy to set up

2/3 of our faucets have lasted the year. One broke...
2/3 of our faucets have lasted the year. One broke within 6 months of use. We thought it was clogged and tried to clean out the screen, but there is no way to clean the screen without completely destroying it. It didn’t end up being clogged, the system just won’t pump water up and out anymore like the other faucets. It’s just this one. They also stain easily and if you clean with any CLR or harsher cleaner, the coloring gets scrubbed off too. These were hard to maintain and easy to break!

We love it just hope it don’t start leaking. We purchased two from Lowe’s last year gave $129 a piece for them & both of them started leaking at the handles tried to take them back & Lowe’s wouldn’t do anything about them. So I’m done with Lowe’s.
