Exactly as pictured. I was worried about the paper unraveling on a vertical holder but it hasn’t been a problem!

This was to be a vertical mount not a horizontal mount. The Finish was clearly pictured as a lavender tent or purple color, this is black. It does not appear to be powder coated or sealed so that the threads would not rust in time when used in a high humidity bathroom. I will be returning it for a refund.
