Delivery was great. So convenient to be able to track the order. Delivery men also sent me text to let me know how far away they were. They introduced themselves, set the recliner in place and removed all packaging. A+++ experience. Love the new leather recliner!

Just what I expected. Already had one

After only one week of use the leather on the back is severely dimpling and I guess the cushion foam giving way. VERY NOTICEABLE!! This is happening on the seat towards the back as well. I plan on contacting customer service. Chair is comfortable and the color looks as described. If the size of the chair is important, I will warn you the dimensions on website are inaccurate! This chair is nearly 10” deeper than specified on website. Very disappointed that the chair is already showing signs of breaking down after only 1 week use, and especially given the manufacturer name brand and the price!

This is a smaller recliner in a beautiful dark brown leather. Very comfortable in any position - the back pillow is thick and cushioning and has velcro to keep it in place.

Incredible chair. Absolutely beautiful and soft leather. Unbelievably comfortable in any position. Ended up taking an unintentional 2-hour nap from the first sit. I was a bit worried about the dimensions and not being able to try it out in person. However, I am beyond elated with it. I am 6'4 and it fits me perfectly. It looks elegant and inviting. I love that it takes a few seconds to realize it is a recliner when you walk in the room. Highly recommend this chair, you will not be disappointed.

Arrived yesterday (came much quicker than site indicated, which is great). Looks just as pictured. Very pretty in our living room. Comfortable and easy to recline and close back up. Fits both my husband and me, 6’ and 5’5”. Nice size, but not as small as I thought they might be. Hight and width as described. Depth closed is deeper than 29”, more like 37 “ measured from top of back to farther part of the front. So if looking for a shallow chair, be careful. We are very happy with them.

I ordered two chairs. One was just fine. The second one was never delivered although your email says it was. I contacted customer service by email. They got back to me very promptly to say they would look into it. I have not heard from them again. That was a week ago. You were pretty fast in charging me for two chairs. I would like to hear from you.
