A Complete Pizza Peel

When I first bought this peel, I thought I would have to get a wooden one to help with sliding the pizza dough into the oven. However, I did not know how to use it properly. Tips for use: 1. Put the peel into the refrigerator. 2. Pull it out right before you need it. 3. Coat it with flour to rid it of moisture. 4. Add a bit more flour. 5. You can put the prepared dough on peel and prep it right before you put it in the oven.

The screws and holes did not line up so we could put over over her had to return

It would have been nice if the product had a warning that it doesn’t fit all pizza ovens

The handle moves really easy. Even after tightening it. And you have to loosen it to fold it in. Then tighten it again when you fold it out. I wouldn’t buy it again.

The compact style and foldable handle make it easy to store. It is strong and easy to use.

The pizza peel is of good quality. Very lightweight.

Folding handle makes it easy for storage

I found it hard to fit into the kitchen cabinet that’s one reason I returned this pizza peel. The handle screws on, it can be awkward, that is another reason. It could be good for some people but not if you have any problems with your handsfingers.
