I love what I bought and would buy it again,

I bought this loveseat for the older, smaller home I bought. I'm 90 years old and the sofa I had before was too big. I looked and looked online, in stores, until my granddaughter suggested I look at the DOCK 86 store. I am new to Eau Claire so was not aware of the store. I stopped in, looked at love seats and saw a couple I might like. I was allowed to take a couple of pillows home to see if the colors blended with what I had. I returned the pillows and decided on one of the sofas. I wasn't sure how the sofa would fit in my living area and had a week to decide if I wished to keep it. After delivery I moved it to different positions and decided to keep it. The people at the store were very accommodating, caring , and professional. I am very happy with my purchase and at my age don't need a lot of things, but I did need a smaller sofa and am very pleased, I would shop at this store again in the future if I am in need of something

We received our furniture last week and are very pleased with the quality, comfort, and aesthetic. The delivery group was extremely efficient and very polite and professional. The prices were lower than the local retailer and setting up for delivery was very easy.

Furniture damaged

We loved our sales person, she was helpful and guided us through our purchases. We ordered side tables and a coffee table. We were able to pick up the same day. We opened the boxes and all three had defects. Customer service was great but it was very disappointing. This has happened before with AF. I have sent photos and waiting for a response.
