Corner support legs are stubbed toe city

There's so much I love about this bed -- the design, that it doesn't squeak, that it was easy to assemble. But I wouldn't buy it again while I live in my current home. The metal legs at the bottom end are not inset below the frame, and in fact extend a little bit beyond the wood of the frame -- so in a small room where you have to get closebto the bed to walk around it, stubbed toes occur frequently. And I don't know about you, but I am sometimes barefood in the bedroom. If your bedroom is large, mazel tov! -- Buy it, you'll love it!

Helpful customer support, functional bed frame

Our bed frame was missing a piece upon arrival, but the customer support team was incredibly helpful and sent a replacement within a week.

My on-line order through homedepot.com was easy. Quick delivery in only 4 days and it was free. The bed was well packaged and had no damage. It was easy to assemble with clear instructions and even included the necessary tools. The frame is very strong and our hybrid queen mattress fit perfect and did not require a box spring. The bed head broad looked better in person than in the pictures. We have had the bed for 3 weeks and it has exceeded our expectations. The bed and Home Depot get an A+

Love the frame. The bed came well packaged in a box and was very easy to assemble. It comes with tools and instructions. Very well documented and easy to put together. It took about 30mins to setup. Seems to be sturdy, but I just set it up yesterday so need to give it a little time and use to see if there are any issues. Howver, the color does not match the picture. The picture said natural, but the wood color was dark bamboo.

I am a 73 yo senior woman and I had no problem what so ever putting it together. It is sturdy and beautifully made. Instructions crystal clear, good quality. Best purchase and would order again and it meet my expectations even more then I thought..

Beware of color change!

I have purchased 5 of these beds over the past year and they are great but the bed related to my recent purchase Aug 2023 came in the wrong color. The color that i wanted as in the photo is "natural" but the bed i received was marked "bamboo" in a dark brown color. I checked Zinus website and do not see a "bamboo" color option for thr Olivia bed frame.

Perfect bed frame. Easy assembly. Stylish and minimalist. Quality materials. No creaking or noise. Great height by itself, but also works well with bed risers to increase under-bed storage space. Supportive without box spring. Narrow profile works well in small space.

Sturdy frame. Designed to keep mattress from shifting. Would buy again. Only downside was exposed hardware in the back of the headboard could harm walls. I covered screws with felt to mitigate.

Platform bed frame

I absolutely love this bed!! It came 2 days early, it was very well packed and it is better quality and price than some of the other stores. Assembly was super easy and fast, husband and I finished in 45mins. The headboard and footboard are sturdy and looks so natural. It looks really good in my room. You will not be dissatisfied with this purchase. HD is the place to shop for everything!!

This was probably the easiest put together project that I have done. The directions were clear and accurate. The joins were all numbered. There were only two types of screws, plus it came with a small short handle ratchet. Beginning to end it took about 30 minutes to put together. after assembly I went back over all the screws finding that I had not properly tightened a fair number of them. The short handle ratchet kept me from over torqueing the screws. The center rail has a thin rubber strip to quiet the slats, make sure that it is installed in the up position. The slats are linked together with a Velcro strap do not cut these (they provide perfect spacing). The bed rails have a matching strip to secure the rails. I assembled this myself an extra set of hands would have been nice.

Soundly constructed; Asthetically disappointing

I was really excited to get this bed frame. Based on the glowing reviews, I was pretty disappointed. The head and foot board are constructed using a really cheap looking method where each board is joined using a zig-zag joint (*NOT AS PICTURED ON THEIR WEBSITE*). Each board has a varying natural shade so in conjunction with the jointing method, it looks like a wooden quilt. When I reached out to customer service, they said that's the same jointing method they advertise and sent me pictures not found anywhere on the Zinus website which did show the zig-zag joint. When I asked where it came from, they sent me a link to Amazon and told me their website photos must have used "different lighting" and "resolution." They went silent when I told them I ordered directly from them and not Amazon and was expecting what their company advertised.

This bed is exactly like the picture. It's really easy to assemble. It comes with numbers and it is really easy to follow the instructions. My son and I put it together really fast. The bed is really strong and sturdy. The metal parts are going to last for a long time. The wood is really nice, it's smooth and I don't know if it's real wood or not but the finish looks really nice and real. The Whole combination of black metal with wood looks really well.
