Great juicer for a first time juicer

I love my new juicer. It's quick and easy and easy to clean. The only thing to keep in mind when purchasing this particular model is that you will need to cut your fruits and veggies to place in the juicer.

Do not waste your money

The end cap broke broke on 3rd use. I was filling the warranty form for end cap part ($13 price), I would have to pay $50 for shipping the $13 part to Canada. So I will be paying total of about $65 for a $99 new machine. It is so annoying . I am not claiming for warranty and going to buy another brand instead.

Very good slow juicer !

I bought this juicer for makinfg fresh celery juice. It was recommended as it is a slow juicer. Very easy to assemble and to clean. Not noisy at all. Very good price as well. I am only a one person household and its perfect for what i need it for.

Not worth it.

The machine masticates the food well. The problem was at the connect point between the plastic and the machine. You can see the stress placed on the three plastic pieces that hold the two together and it moves a fair amount causing more stress. I am sure after 50 uses the plastic pieces will fatigue and crack and I would have to replace the part. Therefore, I returned the unit to the store.

It works okay, not noisy. The pulp comes out a little wet. I have put it back through to extract more juice but that sometimes allows more pulp to pass into the juice. Organic celery us expensive so it would be better if more juice was extracted.

Poor Quality Product - Stay away

All the plastic parts of this juicer will break on you. replacement parts are often out of stock and when in stock a $20 chute feed will cost you $40+ to ship. Dealing with customer service took months to replace the plastic chute. Tired to juice with new chute and the Black end cap broke. Very very disappointed with the product - have been able to juice just 7 times since September 2022 due to broken plastic parts.

Great juicer for the money!

I waited to post my review. I have been using this juicer for about 3 months. I love it. I try to use every day. I have not had any problems with this juicer. I saw a few reviews saying you had to cut the food in smaller pieces, but I look at it as I have to cut it anyway so for me its not a big deal. Parts are holding up just fine. Would recommend this juicer.

Great functional juicer

Only good for cucumbers and soft fruit

We bought our juicer in January and have already broken three feed shoots. Beets, carrots or any vegetable that is not soft will crack the feed shoot, sending the end cap, juice and pulp all over the kitchen. After the first shoot cracked, I starting cutting up the carrots and beets into 1/4" pieces and feeding them one piece at a time and this juicer still can't handle them. The replacement feed shoots are always out of stock (because you constantly have to replace them).

This is the second juicer I bought from you because it is cold press. I liked the first one more because it had more attachments. (the most important one for me was the one for making cookies). However, I did not find that version and I bought what it was.

The Little Engine That Could

I spent mucho time educating myself about the wonders of "celery juice" before deciding to take the plunge and buy the juicer most advertised to get the best results--the Omega Cold Press 365 Slow Masticating Extractor. I've been juicing for about a month, and the results are noteworthy: Sharper mental focus, greatly improved digestion, better able to handle considerable daily stressors, more alert, and greater physical stamina. After several days, the juicing became routine from start to finish, including washing the components afterward. 7-10 minutes max.

Just Wonderful

Easy to use, assemble and clean. No noise. It does it’s job. Very light weight yet sturdy. The juice is not foamy , maybe one thin layer of foam and the pulp is dry. I let it sit in the container for a while to see if there would be any leftover juice, and there is not. The chute is small and you have to cut up your fruit , so be it. It’s not the end of the world. For what it costs it’s awesome. I did not want a complicated piece of machinery to juice my fruits and veggies. Parts are plastic , 4 stars, and you should NOT grab its neck to pick it up, and that’s okay. I gave it 4 stars. You should not stuff the chute and keep pushing down the pieces of fruits and veggies. It has its own speed. If you are looking for a fast juicer , this is not it. But if you want quality for the value then go for it

Clear plastic Drum and Feed Chute and the End Cap

I bought mine from Wayfair on September 23, 2020 and it actually sat in my appliance pantry until January of 2021 before I got to use it. Once I read the instructions everything was great up until today...that's almost 2 months of use! I was doing my regular juicing of lemons that were cut in 4's as I've done before and then out of no where the plastic drum and end cap broke right off. The end plastic end piece is still attached to the end cap! I love it and since it was just the end cap which I'm reading in the reviews here is a common problem to come off I'm going to order both pieces and if it does the same thing after cutting the lemons and peeling them I'll just do an upgrade.

Absolutely love it!

I was so excited to be able to get this juicer from Omega! Juicing brings back some fond and fun memories for me, I used to love doing it with my grandmother. I’m homeschooling my kids this year with the rest of the world, and this has been a fun and healthy activity to do with them. For starters, the construction of the main unit and the pieces are mostly plastic. It’s not my favorite but it’s still quite a sturdy piece of hardware. Assembling all the pieces for your first use is easier than I expected, and the manual explains everything in good detail. You are provided good quality containers for your juice and your pulp. The motor housing unit is not really heavy but it has suction cups on the bottom to control movement during juicing. Just one switch along the top for on, off and reverse. I was a bit surprised that the juicer wasn’t as loud as I expected, compared to some of my other kitchen appliances. Sometimes, I selfishly want the juice all to myself, I don’t want to share and I have been able to achieve this at night due to the quieter operation sound. I have juiced an insane amount of different fruits and vegetables, the only thing the juicer struggled with a little, was baby carrots. Everything else was pulverized effortlessly. This is not a model that you can put in whole apples of course, but the pieces do not have to be cut so small. I feel the amount of juice collected is fairly average, same as other juicers. My kids love seeing the pulp expelled, its entertaining to them. It’s great fuel for our compost, nothing goes to waste! The cleanup is not a hassle. It’s not difficult because the attachments are large and open. You do receive an extra grater/blade. I have utilized it almost daily for a month and juicing daily has made me feel good! The value and affordability you get with this model can’t be beat. It’s perfect for anyone who enjoys juice or is interested in a healthier lifestyle.

Quick, quiet and easy to clean

This juicer is exceptionally quiet and made almost 2 cups of juice from 2 med apples and a large carrot. It was very easy to assemble and clean up was a breeze. All the parts come apart and your able to pull out the drive and easy wash it. The filter caught alot of the skin and pulp but still filtered the juice easily. The juicer comes with a brush for the filter to help clear the screen while cleaning. The juicer is fairly compact in size and doesn't take up alot of space. Worked perfect for a quick and healthy pick me up.

Great juicer that is extremely easy to clean

We have a plethora of fruits and some veggies that would not otherwise be consumed timely. I was hesitant to juice but this machine made it incredibly easy! My 7 year old put it together without the instructions (even after I told him not to) but he did it perfectly which boasts an easy setup for this unit. One switch makes for easy use as well. The unit did a great job juicing the items although at times extra pressure was needed to get the food to follow along with the auger. The filter does allow for miniscule pieces to make it into the juice, which the kids loved and I appreciate the extra fiber. Another sieve would easily solve the issue for those who prefer a smoother juice. Lastly, the cleanup was fast and easy, the included brush was necessary to clean the filter but the 5 other pieces were almost clean with just a short rinse. I would definitely recommend this unit to anyone interested in small batch juicing on a daily basis, as we have used it.

Amazing juicer.

I will start out with the packaging of the machine. It was nicely packed in the box and everything was wrapped up. The machine itself was inside of cardboard packing to help protect it from damage. I was surprised by how heavy the machine was. It also has suction cups on the bottom of it and boy do they work. I started out by taking everything apart and washing it. I thought it was simple to take apart and put together. After fully drying everything. I used it for the 1st time. I decided I wanted to juice grapes and cranberries. It was so simple I filled the tube and the tray on top. Put the plunger in and turned it on. It was nowhere near as loud a si was expecting. I could not believe how much juice it got out of about a cup and half of grapes and a handful of cranberries. When it says no pulp it means it. It compresses the fruit so much that when thenpulp comes out it is in a nice tight lomg round shape. It drops down into its own container. After we enjoyed our juice, the clean up began. It was just as easy to clean up as it was to put together. I used the end of the brush that comes with it to poke down into where pulp comes out to make sure it was all out. I used the brush on the strainer part and with in mintues I was finished. All in all I am 100% satisfied with the juicer.

Impressive and quiet!

I was originally skeptical of this product, but I am happy to say that it exceeded all of my expectations! This is not your average juicer from the 90s.It is super quiet and productive. I was able to harvest quite a bit of juice from only 3 carrots, 2 celery stalks and 1 apple. It never jammed or stalled and cleaning it was a breeze. I used the enclosed cleaning brush to clean the blade which was definitely a necessary step in the cleaning process. I am excited to try all types of juice combinations and the enclosed recipe booklet provides plenty of ideas! Overall, this makes a great gift for anyone who is interested in eating clean and trying something new in the kitchen. Definitely a great addition to help make 2021s New Year's resolution to be happier and healthier a little easier!

Great, easy to use juicer

I’ve been interested in starting juicing for awhile now for the health benefits. First thing I noticed was the juicer has suction cups on the bottom to help keep the machine level and not move while doing harder veggies, such as carrots. The machine is compacted on the counter, but I do wish it would come with a storage bag so you could disassemble the attachment pieces for easier storage under cabinets. The directions included were easy for me to understand and set up was pretty simple, as well as the operating of the machine. I found it helpful that simple juicing recipes were included. The juicer is not too loud. It seems to be efficient at separating the pulp and juice into the two separate cups. Harder veggies would sometimes try to fly back out of the chute so it’s important to put the pusher in. I did find it easy to use and kid friendly with supervision. Clean up wasn’t bad, and it does come with a cleaning brush to help. You might need a small bottle brush to clean out the end cap if any pulp remains. Overall, this is a high quality juicer that is easy to use. I’m very satisfied with this Omega product and eager to incorporate using this juicer into my daily routine.

Awesome juicer

I had never tried a juicer before. I always liked the idea, but it seemed like to much work. I finally decided to try the Omega Cold Press 365 Horizontal Slow Juicer, and I'm so glad I did. This juicer has completely proven me wrong. It is easy to set up and easy to use. It includes a nice, full color booklet with the instructions on use and cleaning, as well as recipe ideas. The first thing I noticed when using it is how quiet it is. I'm not sure why, but I was expecting it to be much louder, so that was a nice surprise. I have been using my juicer to make fresh squeezed orange juice, and it's easy to feed the orange slices into the chute, and push them down with the pusher tool. It "squeezes" them quickly and easily. This juicer comes with two containers, one catches pulp, the other the juice. I absolutely love how it automatically separates the pulp, and makes it easy to discard it. The juice that comes out is fresh and completely free of any pulp. I love that the juicer has suction cups on the bottom, so it sticks to my counter perfectly, and I don't have to worry about it moving or getting knocked over during use. Another thing I love about this juicer is how easy it is to clean up. All the attachment parts are dishwasher safe. I am really glad I gave this awesome juicer a chance. I highly recommend it to anyone who thinks juicing is too much work, like I once did.
