This coffee pot is the perfect size for a single person. I love that it comes with it's own coffee filter, so that I no longer have to buy the paper filters.

I actually gave mine away within days. Returns aren't great when so many deductions are taken from the price paid. So, keep that in mind if you order. It worked as described. The downside is the weight of the machine. When you remove the carafe to pour, keep in mind the entire unit tends to move which could lead to disaster. My mistake but I thought the filter was permanent. It is not.

Took more then a week to arrive

Great coffee pot , but it took more then a week to arrive tried to cancel order after a week I needed a coffee pot so that’s why I am giving it a 4 star review plus I found the same coffee pot about 20.00 dollars cheaper

Good for just a couple of cups of coffee

Not too crazy about this it makes noise and you have to pour the coffee into your cup slow or else it's going on your table. Otherwise it serves its purpose.

I don’t remember but it stopped working!

This is my second trial of a coffee pot from QVC and I had to throw it out within a couple months of having it it randomly stopped working! Unbelievable! And I’m still making two more payments on it. Unacceptable.!

When pouring coffee, the lid on the pot has to pulled up, or the coffee will spill. It does make good coffee.

I like the size 5 cups is perfect for me. The 12 cups takes up to much room and since I have cut back on my coffee perfect size. A caution it gets really hot,but I like it

Not good.

Macys sells a lot of nice things but this isn't one of them. Too much plastic and not enough metal. It has all the functions of a more expensive product, problem is they don't work. Buy something nice. Something nice might cost a little more but remember you get what you pay for,

dented front s/s panel. broke water lid.,junk

exterior box looked fine. the box that had the coffee maker and a dent/tear about 3/4inch. dead center on the stainless front panel is a large dents, and the lid where the water goes in was cracked and the hinge in the back attaching it was broke.so if u turned it over the lid false off. unknown on the performance quality. trashed it. lesson learned. by something else that has at least a hope of quality in the manufacutring and shipping process

Highly recommend.

Love the coffee maker. Looks great on counter, takes up little room and makes GREAT coffee. A bit hard to see water level so may pre measure water. Love it!
