Did not receive the product I ordered

The product I ordered had been great but this not what I received. I ordered 10, 2 pack filters as pictured. I received 19 loose filters (different brand) and was told this is what was in stock.

Not Expensive Do the job

These are not expensive and do the job. I change filters often due to sediment levels in the area. These have handled the sediment.

The one said it's for taste and segment and are black which is charcoal dont work for segment. These are the filter you want. This is the first we have used. We are praying it's working so we will get back later.
