Not as described

The light received does not match the description and picture shown. It is not Antique Bronze, it is brown semi-gloss. Even though I was disappointed it is still a beautiful light fixture. I might rub a little gold paint on the edges to make it appear more antique bronze.

Bright and clear.

Six inches is smaller globe than I thought. But it does fit my old wall fixture. It is bright and reflects light well.

Cheap quality fixture...now even cheaper!

Cheap thin glass arrived broken. I didn't care since I only needed the fixture part to replace a 30 year old existing unit. The diameter of new unit was the same as the old and fit well, but the new one is about 1 inch shorter...in other words it does not extend down from the ceiling as far as the original unit. Just goes to show you how they take cheap stuff and find ways to make it even cheaper!

Black not Antique Bronze

The photo is very misleading. The base is not a coppery-bronze color as pictured, which is what we wanted. It's painted black with just a couple of thin, coppery rub spots around the bottom edge. It doesn't look antique at all. Very disappointing. The clear, ribbed glass shade is nice though and as pictured. Thankfully, they were only $20, so we will be painting the bases to better resemble the finish in the picture.

Low cost antique looking light fixture. Renovated an older home and used it in the small entrance foyer, fit in nicely with the decor of original wood doors & trim. Obviously at this price point it’s not high end fixture, but a reasonably good value fixture.

We ordered 2 of these lights for our hallway. They are perfect for the space and they look good. The only issue was that the first one arrived broken which was not surprising given how poorly it was packaged. And returning and ordering a replacement was a bit of a hassle.

I bought this a year ago for a hall closet light, and it's great. It fits in perfectly with our 1920's house, gives plenty of light while disguising the bulb. You can't beat the price for something that looks this good.

Adorable Ceiling Light

Love this little light. Bought a couple for one hallway in our new house and liked it so much, I bought more for the walk-in closets and other hallways. Price is right too.
