Finally endless hot showers

After lots of research and waiting for the right heater I found this 18kw which is just right for my needs. I was impressed with the specs wifi and mostly its serviceability. The company’s tech Ryan was so helpful. I knew I picked the right company when he called me back in less than an hour and is based in Miami. So nice to get help from an American. Im very happy

Best customer service

Had a simple issue during install that was just an oversight by the plumber. Called tech support and they resolved the issue within a few minutes. Extremely surprised by how well thought out the sensors and safety features were designed. This water heater will last.

Hot Water Feels Like the Future

This Optimal tankless water heater feels super high-tech with those fancy ultrasonic flow sensors and all. It heats water way more efficiently than my old heater ever did. We had an electrician add the breaker but other than that, was easy to install.

Great Product / Amazing Customer Service

I purchased an Opti 12 back in April and had a great experience; it was easy to install and worked perfectly, but my master bath was not getting as hot as I would have liked it to be. The customer support person I spoke with advised me that it may be too small for my bath and that I would need to slow my water flow down a bit. But they do offer upgrades if I need it. After a few weeks, I decided to give them a callback and see if I could get an upgrade, and sure enough, they upgraded me to the next size up, 18kw, and all I needed to do was pay the difference. During this process, I had to reach out to support after hours, and they were closed; however, I got a call back later that night from the same customer service person I had talked to earlier that day. It was great to see that somebody could get back to me on short notice after they closed. Not only do I love the product, but I love the service they provide. I highly recommend this product.
