Opulence Soap Dispenser

I bought my entire kitchen (2 sinks) and master bathroom (shower heads, grab bars and two sinks). However the soap dispensers are leaking the soap around the screw in tower. There is a white washer that is broken in (3) of the 4 soap dispensers I bought. Can I get new washers or soap dispensers for Gerber since they bought out Danze a few years ago.

Classic black is perfect.

I have had this liquid soap dispenser in my kitchen for about six years. I love the way it looks, but was never able to fill it with soap because the top is impossible to pull up. Even my plumber could hardly do it. I don't know what the problem is, but I wish it could be resolved. Not happy.

Horrible design. You have to unscrew the bottle underneath the cabinet to refill it with soap. You cannot refill from the top. I’ve already replaced it.

Looks great with other chrome fixtures, my installer was impressed.

This is very difficult to refill. You have to pull the assembly off to reveal an inlet to the reservoir that hangs beneath the countertop - however, the base gets stuck to the bottom washer and it is very touch to remove. I tried to use a screwdriver to help me pry it up, but the metal on the dispenser is so soft, which meant that I caused damage to it by trying to pry it up with the screwdriver. I don't use the dispenser anymore because its so difficult to refill, but I still had the hole in the countertop, so the dispenser sits in the spot, but unused. I thought Danze was a premium brand, but this dispenser and its matching faucet are somewhat disappointing. I'd place them well below Kohler, Moen, Delta or American Standard in terms of quality.

Terrible Design

The only way to fill this dispenser is to unscrew small bottle from below. Terrible design especially behind deep farmhouse sinks!

Wasn’t really a fan of this pump. I tighten it under the sink and then it slowly loosens again a few weeks later. Doing anything under the sink is irritating.

Lucky Wayfair had this soap dispenser. As described. Perfect match for my kitchen sink fixtures.

pump is failing :(. but love the look

I bought this to match the kitchen faucet & sprayer. Unfortunately the pump is failing. I must hit the pump 3-4 times before it will dispense any soap. I have really liked it but think I am going to look for another pump in Matt black.

Gerber Opulence deck mounted soap dispenser arrived sooner than expected and was in perfect condition. Pump appears to work. I would recommend this product.

Great little accessory to my faucet. It’s sturdy and nice looking.

POORLY DESIGNED - A BIG HEADACHE!

This product although beautiful and well made has a HUGE DESIGN FLAW. There is no way to secure the bottle to the counter top so that you can easily refill soap by simply removing the pump. So, the only option is to unscrew the bottle from underneath your counter to refill. The bottle is small and if you have an active kitchen, it's impractical to refill this way.

Design flaw

The dispenser does not allow for refills from the countertop. Disassembling it and crawling under the sink every time it needs a refill renders this useless. I have a farmhouse sink. 2hr production to refill soap. Horrible. If I could give it zero stars I would.

Beautiful style -

Love the style of this soap dispenser - it matches my hammered copper sink and bridge faucet nicely; this is, however, the 2nd one I've purchased within 2 years; the first one started clogging (with simple, gentle hand-wash soap) and eventually stopped pumping altogether.
