زيت جوز الهند العضوي هو وصفة خبيرة التغذية الي بتابع عندها لل حمية واول مره بجربو.. العبوة كبيره ما توقعتها بهاد الحجم.. طريقة الاستخدام حصة واحدة صباحاً ملعقة صغيرة مع فنجان القهوة.. بعد شهر من الاستخدام و ال تكرار جميل جدا وما بسبب اي مشاكل الحمدلله.. تركيبة جيدة المكونات زيت جوز الهند العضوي الجودة ممتاز الطعم لا يوجد اي طعم.. الفوائد عديده خصوصا لتجسيت نسبة الكوليسترول وصحةالدماغ وتقليل محيط البطن ويقلل الالتهابات و يحمي من الاصابة بمرض السكري عافانا الله واياكم

NOT MCT

I use this for my dogs. I kept wondering why I wasn’t getting the results I wanted. I have a dog that has severe seizures and some neurological issues. It did absolutely nothing for her after several months of use. Be AWARE that this may not even be MCT. If it doesn’t have medium chain triglycerides under the ingredients and not just coconut oil, it’s not MCT oil. Started using Natures way MCT and can tell a huge difference in just a few weeks of use.

They took away the most effective MCT oil

The MCT oil that you did carry worked so well that I guess the pharmacy had to take it off the shelf. Geez, God forbid, people actually lose weight and get healthy. No way. Mississippi wants everyone fat lazy sick and dependent on pharmaceutical companies , Drs., and funeral homes. You cannot get the healthiest food or supplements allowed here in this goofy state.

MCT Oil

I liked that it didn't make my coffee taste different. However, this really messes with my stomach. I would only drink 1/2 my coffee, and then I was sick for all day. I wish I could have handled it.

Possibly fractionated coconut oil, not MCT?

So I read (from a credible source) that some products labeled as MCT oils might actually be fractionated coconut oil, and the way to tell is to look at the ingredients. If the ingredients says medium chain triglycerides then it is indeed real MCT oil, but if it says coconut oil then it’s fractionated coconut oil (which btw does contain MCTs but not solely ). This product’s ingredients says coconut oil so I’m not sure this is real MCT oil.
