Difficult/impossible to balance & poor manufacturer support
This light is really pretty! However, my electricians were unable to get the fixture to sit horizontally straight. we tried everything without ever getting it straight, I have been emailing and calling the manufacturer repeatedly for support as they initially admitted that people often have issues getting the light balances flat (but typically in the opposite direction than we have). THis indicated a known issue.

Purchased this for a client. This was perfect for what we needed - the jbox was not very centered, so we needed a light fixture that was slightly longer on one side than the other to create better balance. We placed it over a breakfast table! Looks really good in person!
